Exactly. We don't carpet bomb anymore. Cruz isn't well informed.
But other than that, we have been destroying SUV's like they are going out of style. Bottom line, bombing hasn't and won't win. Putin is finding that out as we speak.

I love the turn around flip/flop of the anti-Obamites. All the while he was bombing ISIS they cried and cried that we need boots on the ground; that bombing can't defeat ISIS. Cruz didn't say 'only' bomb. He said that when we bomb we should do it for more than PR effect.
