I'm looking at the situation and I'm think Trump is in way over his head on this one and needs advice. How about everyone list what they would do as Commander in Chief and maybe, just maybe, someone in the intelligence circles will see this and promote some options for the president. I'll start.

First, get some cruise missile subs near Syria. Tell CIA to get some high priority targets for them so they can hit the top level command and control centers of the Syrian military. Hopefully, we have a carrier group in the region for the subs to hide under while on station. We don't need troops or jets and stuff to put one down on Assad. If we show we can take him at a moments notice and we prove we have the nerve to do it with a couple missile hits, we've got leverage.

Second, ask CIA about assets in Syria that can encourage a military coup so we don't have to lift a finger and still get a regime change. Can we do this? Can we initiate the operation? What about Syrian military assets who are willing to entertain the assassination option? I'm sure there are military personnel who have family in Allepo who got hurt in the bombing. Also, see if assets in Syria can convince Assad to step down peacefully and back channel with Putin to give asylum if he leaves now. No matter what, we want him out.

Third, publicly put it to Putin to either take action against Assad since the Russian military is already in Syria, or to publicly step aside and let someone else deal with him. The "give asylum to Assad" works with the back away option. Either way, we want our cruise missile option if we need to send a warning message.

Fourth, encourage the UN coalition to assemble a peace keeping force to intervene in the Syrian conflict in any event.

Well, General James, after you read what my friend, Brother Nathanael, has to say, perhaps you'll rethink your strategy. Have you considered the question: Why would President Assad risk the wrath of the world, by gassing children? Things have taken a turn in his favor; the civil war is all but over in Syria. President Trump needs to think long and hard before committing to a war with Syria.

Perhaps, General, if you google the term "false flag and learn how many times throughout history, the false flag has been perceived to have stirred up trouble; you'll have a different perspective with regards to Syria. This whole episode appears as a false flag operation. I'll give anyone three guesses(first two don't count) which Middle East country war with Syria really benefits. Also, one might ask, why is everyone all hot and bothered about this incident, when atrocities have happened in other countries to a larger degree, and no one was calling for an intervention that would result in a possible full-scale war.

Besides, most countries would have the ability to disguise a plane to look like anything they want it too, Russian, Syrian, you name the country, Iranian? (However, getting back to the question; if one were to advise the president.) If I were advising President Trump, I'd suggest he forget about Syria; keep his powder dry for north Korea. Unfortunately, though, recent presidents haven't been known for doing the smart thing. One would hope, Trump will be different.

NEXT TIME YOU HEAR Trump complaining about “fake news” tell the traitor (or those who elected him) that he himself buys the Jew lies.

NO proof exists that Assad used chemical weapons in Syria but Jews don’t need “proof.”

Jewry’s weapon, as owners of the media, is “fake news.”

The Syrian army denies any involvement. Moscow says the ‘gas attack’ resulted from the Syrian Air Force destroying a warehouse in Idlib where chemical weapons were being produced and stored by rebels before being shipped to ISIS in Iraq.

Assad himself asserted that there are “no chemical weapons left in Syria,” making it impossible that the attack could have stemmed from the Syrian government.

But when your political career depends on doing Jewry’s bidding who needs proof? What good are facts when Jews want war, huh Mr Trump? What happened to “America First?”

You meant “Jewry First” when telling supporters that America must “win again.”

“Win” for the Jews, but the Goys lose.

ENTER NIKKI HALEY, the brainless twit representing America at the UN, who barfed: “We are compelled to take our own action if the UN fails.”

And that “action” is being schemed by neocon Jew Congressman Adam Kinzinger telling Trump to “bomb Syria’s airstrips so as to ground its air force.”

Good idea! But since Russian planes use those Syrian “airstrips,” Kinzinger joins Haley as another brainless twit.

Does he think Russia will roll over and play dead? They’ve got bombs too that have been very effective in Syria and a few handy Surface-To-Air missiles.

Will Kinzinger’s children go to Syria to make sure “bombing airstrips” holds? No way. Jews don’t send their own to die in combat abroad.

For in wars for the Jews only the Goys die young.

Gawdamighty, RR I am operating from knowing a bit more about today's activities. For instance, I just heard on Fox that Schumer said what Trump did today was the right thing to do. I may like to insert that what he did didn't seem to be worrying about Russia, the people who got him elected. Did they cause all of this because they wanted to get us more involved than Obama had been willing to be? Did they want to do what Rachel Madcow would consider wrong, while all her guests were against her and with those on Fox News?

Do you really believe that the Syrian Air Force wasn't involved in dropping those two bombs? I bet you think it was those evil Israelis who planned and executed the use of those weapons that Assad had promised Obama he had got rid of. Do you really think Assad is more truthful than Netanyu? Man, I have seen you get wound out about the Jews before but didn't expect you to go so wild about them.

I do not understand what caused this. I hear it was a chemical attack by Assad. I know that cannot be because my hero Barry Obama and his little cutie Suzy Rice specifically told me they had rid Syria of chemical weapons. Neither Barry or Suzy have ever been know to lie to me. So it must be something else. I bet Trump just wanted to deflect attention away from the Russian investigation. Yea, sure. That got to be it.

Okay, here's what I think, OldRoy. We, you, and I, the public at large, have no idea what's going on. We only know what the press and politicians want us to know. I know that America, for reasons I have yet to determine, has been mired down in the Middle East for far too long. And, there's no reason to prolong the misery by going into Syria.

Still, I seriously doubt that Russia will do anything about America's actions in Syria, America, has overlooked many of Russia's actions in the past; they will overlook our actions in Syria. The question yet to be asked; what will the Iranian's do?

Also, you've indicated I've made comments about Jews, but I have no recollections of saying anything about them in the past. If, however, you recall me making a comment, please remind me of what I may have said.

I'll admit, I get a kick out of Brother Nathanael, however, that doesn't mean I agree with everything he comments on.

Let's see, quick analysis. Assad is dirt to Putin right now. Putin bet on him and got burned politically when pictures of babies getting burned to death by banned chemicals that aren't supposed to be there got seen around the world. What's Putin's next move? If I were Putin, I'd tell Assad to take his family and leave Syria. Then ask the question, "If Assad had a heart attack tomorrow and died, who would take over?" and move in that direction. Everybody's gripe is with Assad, so just replace him with whoever is next in line without ceding any position. If the UN wants to go after whoever carried out the gas attack, no big deal for Putin and he can look like the good guy by cooperating with the investigation or doing one himself. At that point, the situation in Syria continues.

Now, what does Assad do if Putin turns against him? Will his generals refuse orders if everyone is against him? Will Assad try to hold on to power? If everyone stays silent for a few days, who will blink first and make a move? Will a move against Assad come from the UN? Will the Iranians make a move knowing Trump doesn't like them and has a cruise missile button for Tehran too? Trump has the best cards right now and he has time to talk to his advisers about responses to all possible moves. He can also tell Assad, "If you and your family take a hike, I won't chase you". We're not really interesting in trashing Syria or its military, we just want to be rid of the idiot in charge and we know where he lives, so going after him personally isn't a problem. When he gets replaced, we can tell his successor, "Friend or foe?" and go from there. We can do this the easy way, or we can do this the hard way.

That's my bet on what happens next.

I have already read two articles that claim the gas attack was done by Islamic extremists. One predicted something like this in October. What did Assad gain by doin that? He knew he'd earn our wrath.

We now have committed an act of war against a sovereign nation without proof of its guilt. It is also allied with the number two nuclear power.

That logic doesn't add up. Why send expensive missiles to merely take out one disliked personality. If resources and lives are expended, one would expect more than the removal of one person. leaving the next in line, with the same political mindset, to run things would be a poor return on investment. And, not the results that would be acceptable to Isreal.

Many times on OPP I have been even more ridiculous and got blasted because people on the Right took me literally. I am happy it did not happen once again. To be serious, I expect the Left will soon be accusing Donald J. of trying to distract from Russia. He is trying to make people think he is anti Putin by attacking Putin's boy Bashir.

=====================
First I would advise the President to be careful of US confrontation. Analyze carefully the effects.
1. Require UN to do its job. US MUST NOT do it alone.
2. Build a strong coalition with allied forces and think the best way to bomb Assad, that is AFTER ISIS IS DESTROYED.
3. Never leave Syria in a vacuum without a strong leader. ISIS will take over and it would be worst when it takes control of the chemical weapons in Syria. That would be the end of Israel, and other countries in the Middle East. Allowing ISIS in control of Syria will provide the ultimate weapon for ISIS to take over Europe, the US, and the rest of the civilized world.
4. Ally with Russia and NATO to completely dismantle ISIS, the JV Team of Obama. ISIS is the project and legacy of Obama who you liberals elected without any paperwork who he really is. He spent $ 36 million of taxpayers' money to seal his personal records forever.
5. ISIS must be removed and destroyed from the face of the earth, completely. That's the power that the US and the allied forces must DISMANTLE first. Then Assad could be removed and replace it with leader who will effectively govern and protect the Syrian people, Christians and Muslims in peace.

Right now ISIS has killed 25 people in Syria . Another 22 in Tikrit. President Trump must convince Russia to work together to dismantle this ISIS JV Team of Obama, his priced LEGACY. Where is Obama hiding now?
