Perfect score!! No doubt about it, there isn't a grammar mistake in the world that could slip past your nose. You snuff out bad grammar and spelling mistakes like it's your last day on earth! You have a love for English and grammar! You LOVE a perfectly structured sentence and discovering out of place commas! No doubt about it, you know how to write properly

Not that it tells in here with my typos and what this dang spellchecker does.....

I think I detested English grammar or the parts where they told you what to read more than any other thing when I was in high school. I had some outstanding teachers of the subject and got into some serious trouble with one of them who also was a great teacher of vocal music. I tried to make him understand that the condition of my books was the most important to me back then and when a friend threw my books out in the hall I slammed him against the wall three times till he slumped to the floor nearly unconscious. The teacher ordered me to sit in my seat which was in the first row near the teacher's desk. (What does that tell you about how they "respected" me?) Anyway he slapped me as hard as he could and went after the books immediately, as he had been promising.

My dad had promised me, and always carried through when I was in Elementary school, that he would beat my butt if they did it to me in school. I was ready for some kind of embarrassing confrontation when we got home that evening. I forgot, I was a senior then. When he got home he had heard the whole story and was mad as hell. I was not ready for what he did, though. He asked me for my side of the story before he beat on me which was surprising. He said that if that SOB ever hit me above the shoulders again and I didn't beat the hell out of him he would do it for me when he got home. The man surely was a good English teacher but didn't like me at all.

Maybe I did like English more in college than I thought because I had so much fun, especially in the Literature classes that I proclaimed hatred for. Actually, I am not as correct most of the time as I would like to be since I don't really know what is right often.

My last one was in 88 in college, but I waited a few years before I went to college. Wanted to be a teacher, but ended up going into marketing and communications. Tell u what tho. I went to college at University of Iowa. Sure isn't the same college I went to.

Most of the colleges sure have changed a lot since you last attended. Darned sure they had changed over the thirty years between my attendance and yours.

OMG I did it too ! Don't know how ? Got to be something wrong or a glitch in the system; the best I ever got in English was a c+ to finish out 12th to graduate in 67 an that was after skipping out of most of my class's that year. WOW

Although to be truthful ; I did have to take the test twice to graduate school.Teacher thought I had cheated the first time,an no I didn't.

td and c in HS English until I took the College tests, got the second highest score in NYS on the SAT's and the Principle came into English class to congratulate me. The teacher raised my scores there after to c and b. One girl , with very very neat handwriting would complete the first page and a quarter, then write the last line over and over...she was LOVED by the teacher and always got an a..... every time.
