You don't need to read it, but are always invited and welcomed to read it and even participate in debating issues and resolutions for issues. The party isn't just for members, but also invites non-members to participate.
That is not the norm for the big parties.

I think I'll feel right at home here. It is the only place which I can be completely cranky and not have my wife yelling at me for being so cranky.

When I returned from my second tour, we were sent to the theater to get a crazy little stress management briefing. One of them actually said "To much coffee is bad for you"
So I asked them "How much is to much coffee?"
They responded "How much do you drink?"
I replied "Three or four pots a day"
They just laughed, so I'M GOOD
Want to cut your sugar intake? Drink coffee
I stopped drinking sodas in favor of Coffee. Heck Coffee has water in it so I'm drinking more than enough water.
