It's what the local news has been telling us. Silicon Valley big mucky mucks live in the City. Apple and Google busses them from the city to the Valley. The gap between the haves and have not's had gotten so wide that last year Apple and Goggle put their wage workers into a union and bus drivers wage jumped from $17.50 per hr. to $27.50 per hr. There a lot of computer scientist ,engineers, and executives who want to live in the city close to the action. The city is a dynamic place and a world class international city on the same level as Hong Kong. Singapore, Paris and others.
