If the Army and the Navy ever looked on Heaven's Scenes
They would find the streets are guarded
By United States Marines.

I'm proud to have participated in the combined efforts and partnership of all U.S. forces.
And everyday I pay homage to all, that did their part and are still active.
For the draft-dodgers, deserters, and those that choose not to support this country, or attempt to commit treason,
you should be on your hands and knees thanking God for his blessing, and what was sacrificed for you to be able to benefit from the freedoms
you have received, but where to much of a coward to earn!

Badbobby,
You should ALWAYS be worried when you are on a Marines hit list - we can hit targets ACCURATELY from 200 yards to over a mile! And that's with only a rifle...

Up close and personal there are only TWO hits in any fight we are in - we hit our enemy and he/she/it hits the deck.

In the event it's a swabbie we grab 'em by the legs and swab the deck with their long locks - hence their nicknames of SWABBIES!

And we do that in the air on land or sea, from the halls of Montezuma, to the shores of Tripoli!

First in, last to leave and we bring our dead and wounded HOME! None of this "We'll feed 'em to the fishes" stuff for a Marine!

Our dead get the honor guard burials that as heroes we DESERVE!

As to who is the toughest between swabbies and Marines there is NO doubt that it is a Marine! Six Marines enforce the laws onboard a ship with 1,000 sailors!
