Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, sporting what looked like a head of lettuce on her left shoulder, went on MSNBC Friday to express her anger and frustration over the Clinton campaign emails leaked by -- wait for it -- Wikipedia:
“You know that I’m going to first of all denounce the utilization of this intrusion by Wikipedia through the Russian intrusion. This is what it’s about. Espionage just like what was said over these last couple of days. We need to be concerned about the intrusion of Russia and Putin in these elections.”
As BizPacReview notes, Wikipedia is the free online encyclopedia; Lee meant to refer to Wikileaks, the organization led by Julian Assange that is behind the leaked emails.
This might have been just an understandable slip of the tongue of the sort that anyone who has ever appeared in the media experiences from time to time -- except that Lee has earned a reputation for underwhelming intelligence. In the past she has claimed that the Constitution was 400 years old, that Neil Armstrong planted the American flag on Mars, that Vietnam still consists of North and South (the two countries became one in 1976), and that the World Meteorological Organization should be more "inclusive of African American names” for hurricanes, offering such suggested names as “Keisha, Jamal and Deshawn.”
She also once asserted that “I stand here as a freed slave because this Congress came together. Are we going to be able to do it today to free America?” Perhaps Jackson momentarily thought she was born in 1850 instead of 1950, because she was never a slave.

The 18th Congressional District is mostly n!993rs of Houston's inner city slums. Probably where kibbles, aka Kunta, aka progressivenone lives. She was first elected in 1994, 20+ years ago. She probably needs to go, but what would they replace her with?

She keeps getting elected by the same type of people that will vote for Hellery. Doesn't say much for the electorate in this country. It seems to be full of "useful idiots". Jackson probably thinks that Guam will "flip over", also. And these people are representing the rest of the country!
