Is it "illegal" to include a quote in an OPP comment without citing sources correctly? I would have expected such meticulous rules would be violated often on OPP. Grammar, spelling, and manners here are bad enough that sometimes it's hard to make out what people are saying at all. I agree that citing sources for quotes is definitely the right thing to do; I just didn't think illegality would figure into it on OPP.
