You need to think a little more clearly about this. Whether or not it is against the law now is not relevant. We are talking about a few years ago when it definitely was against the law. You want a President who knew about a law and then went right ahead and broke it ? Sounds like good impeachment material to me.

I say that you are wrong, given the alternative. Morality is a personal choice, and determined by many things. In this case neither is perfect, but Trump seems to me to be the worser of the pair.
