There was a riot in Austin in October of 2013 and the rioters evidently understood exactly "how you roll" to your keyboard on an office chair. There was no difference in response than anywhere else in the country.

We don't see your "puss" on the news rioting....so you are merely a puff sack of small time pedophile covering behind your child sized inflatable sex dolls...oh how brave of YOU!

You should really stand in front of a very fast train, get it over with. We would hold such a happy party! WEEEEE HAAWW!

A train is too quick AO!! He needs to live in a neighborhood invaded by muslims, and wet backs for a while first. And then be denied the train!

there was a time, maybe still is, when looters were caught at say a plane crash, looting, they could be shot.
If a man and wife saved enough money, bought a piece of land, built a small business there, was making
$60.000 @ year and some one or ones busted in their windows and door and started stealing their lively hood
would it be legal to shoot them?

If some one or ones broke in their home and started stealing things, could they then be shot?

just asking

It should be.

I remember when I lived in FL (1996 or 1997) 3 teens cased a man's house and when he left they broke in and started stealing his things. The man forgot something, came back home and the teens fled - he chased them out of the house and shot one of them, in the back, on his front lawn, killing him. Not only was he not charged, but the other two teens were charged with their friend's murder (if they hadn't been there robbing the place together he wouldn't be dead). That would be called "the good old days".

The only train you are familiar with is the train pulled on you by the carnies at the county fair after you service them all with porta John blumpkins. Get off your knees and close your trap once in a while, you will find the view better and won't always end up with such a bad taste in your mouth all the time.

It depends on what state you live in. Republican controlled states mostly have "Castle Doctrine" and "Stand Your Ground" laws which allow you to defend yourself and others and yours and their property. Democrat controlled states, not so much.

In Georgia, for instance, you can shoot a burglar who is in the act of breaking into your house and get an "attaboy." If you did this in Calfornia or New York, ESPECIALLY if the criminal is a minority, you will probably go to jail.
For some reason, the idea of using deadly force to defend yourself from a life threatening situation just doesn't resonate with Liberal Hobbit Dancers.

After decades of appeals you might eventually overturn the decision that convicted you, but, don't hold your breath.

You must live in Liberal LaLa Land somewhere. Maybe Mexifornia? Noo Yawk? Minnesoooooooooota? You shoot a burglar or a looter or a mugger in Georgia and you will get congratulated. You see, we have "Stand Your Ground." You don't even have to be on your own property.

THAT USED TO BE THE LAW,YOU WILL HAVE A HELL OF A TIME SHOOTING SOMEONE IN SELF DEFENSE, THEY WILL DRAG YOU THROUGH COURT,TAKE YOUR GUNS AND YOUR PROPERTY FOR DEFENDING YOURSELF, JUST LIKE TRAITORS WILL BE SHOT, OR TRESPASSERS WILL BE SHOT. TILL THE PUSSIFICATION STARTED, THATS SHORT FOR POLITICAL CORRECTNESS.

If a man breaks into your home and you shoot him dead, he will not be able to tell anyone that you lied to the police when you told them he said he would rape, then kill you.
