But your not black you have no idea why this guy was stopped and the reason for him to exit the vehicle with his hands up. I have been stopped on many occasions and all I was asked for was my licenses and registration.

Have you robbed any liquor stores lately? There is a reason he was shot, and it's not because he's black. Cops do not go around shooting people just because they are black. Are cops more likely to shoot a black man in a tense situation? You bet. But who's fault is that? If Blacks were not responsible for half of all murders and over 90 percent of violent crime, maybe the cops would give them a break. Oh yeah. It might also help if they didn't resist arrest. That really pisses off the cops.

Do everything that the cop says or asks and you will be OK. The cop said not to get out of the car and he was walking back to the cop. In todays world that can be misconstrued as aggression. With all of the cop shootings the cops are stressed out like never before. You have the BLM cop shootings the Muslim shootings and then you have people that they stop where the perp jumps out of the car or truck and starts shooting for no apparent reason. I sure wouldn't want to be a cop today. They are so tense that it must take a far amount of liquor at the end of the day to calm their nerves.

They should have shot you for slow compliance. He was having vehicle trouble and was no threat moron. You need to stick things you understand.

I am trying to understand why is he walking away from officers towards his vehicle,?
You're not supposed to do that.

If blacks think in any way that cops are out to murder blacks then the blacks should follow every instruction to the letter. Then if they have any grievance that it up in a law suit later. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS!!!

I'm white and I follow instructions every time I've been pulled over. Regardless if the cop is black or white.

What were the instructions? He had his hands up and was walking to his car. He reached down with his right hand and was then shot. I didn't hear any instructions did you?

How was he resisting?

It depends on what he was asked to do. Since his car was broken down I doubt he thought he was going to get in and drive away...

He was standing next to his truck when he was shot. Perhaps he reached into his vehicle. If he did, I don't blame them for shooting him.

Didn't see that video. He must have done something. Cops don't shoot people for no reason. It may not be a good reason, but there's always a reason.

Doesn't matter. If he behaved in a way that the officers found threatening, then it's a justified shooting. Especially if he was ignoring what they told him to do.
