If blacks think in any way that cops are out to murder blacks then the blacks should follow every instruction to the letter. Then if they have any grievance that it up in a law suit later. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS!!!

Yeah, that happens. Let the review board take a look and move for charges or dismissal.
This whole thing has got to be laid out at the Black lives matters feet, in their community, who refuse to control their youngsters behavior. The blacks can spin it like the BLM, Pigs in a blanket, fry 'em like bacon. People outside the black ethnicity are too wary of the violence perpetrated by the blacks in and out of the black hood, especially when the vocals call for murdering police. Who, by the way, are the ones that are called for help when things turn sour.
It's best to look at the history of the Democrats from early years and the rinos on the GOP side who support the Dems. It's something that will never get corrected as long as people like Sharpton and now, BLM are acting out. Obama isn't clean on this either, they all stir the race pot in one form or the other. No matter how you look at it, if you don't agree 100% with the black side, you're a racist and have no rhetoric to say anything. Now, that's getting things straightened out, isn't it!

What do you think would happen if the police refused to patrol, or respond to 911 calls, in black neighborhoods? I'll bet people would change their minds about BLM real quick, when they realize that the police are actually saving black lives.

But your not black you have no idea why this guy was stopped and the reason for him to exit the vehicle with his hands up. I have been stopped on many occasions and all I was asked for was my licenses and registration.
