Republicans are the job killers not ACA or Obama!

Raylan-lack of leadership in the White House is the reason we do not have jobs. The only jobs Obama has created have been government jobs . Anyone can expand government but it takes a leader to enact policies that spur private sector growth which is the only way to create jobs. Good Luck America !!!

there is much to be learned from our older population. It is a good thing to not make the same mistakes that someone more seasoned has already made. Of course I don't expect you to understand that. You would have to find someone to tell you what to think.

The racism in GOP campaign rhetoric has returned with a pungency not seen in decades.

All because their simple minds cannot accept a black president!

Intellectual lazyness. If you actually read what Republicans said you would know there is no racism.

You Liberals cannot accept what a lousy President Obama is. So anyone who dares criticize him must by default be a racist.

Whenever liberals accuse anyone of racism, I know they are losing. Charges of racism is always their last fallback.

Raylan-Obama has created part-time , service industry jobs, and government jobs. Unfortunately they do not pay very much therefor we have 47 million people on food stamps many of whom are working but not earning enough. The infusion of 700 billion stimulus dollars helped in job creation but buying jobs is not the answer. A thriving private sector is the answer. When the democrats wake up to the fact that government is not good at creating jobs they will unleash the private sector and our economy will recover. Ironically, every green energy investment made by the government has failed and cost us billions. The public sector never has had and does not have now the expertise needed to create jobs. Hope they learn soon. Good Luck America !!!

son of witless-Right on. First of all the president is not black but half white and half black. Your assessment is on target, when they lose the argument it is because their opponent is ignorant or a racist. Standard democrat attack line right from the democrat talking points. Good Luck America !!!

Not hardly, the conservatives took up the race issue before Obama even became president!

Like most people, you don't see the writing on the wall, and that is what is making it so difficult to remove this country from being controlled, robbed and killed by the establishment. The solution is not voting republican or democrat, but voting for non-establishment citizens (not some one affiliated with those who are killing the country).
And while I am a registered Libertarian, my wife is an independent. She agrees with most Libertarian perspectives, but does not want to be another person in another political party. I see her point, but feel our kind can only be recognized if we stand together.
People are afraid of change, so this is difficult for a majority of people. Voters do not realize if they do not change how they vote (from Republican and Democrat too non establishment candidates), pretty soon, the way Americans live will change involuntarily, not for the good, and forever.

If a viable nonparty candidate were to run for the President he or she might have a chance.

And your solution is ?

Will I am-you are absolutely on target. The entrenched politicians in both parties need to be replaced by young clear thinking people who will do the right thing for America. Serving in Congress should not be a lifetime avocation. We need a mandatory retirement age (65) and term limits. The current cadre of old timers are in it for themselves rather than the country. These two items need to be on the ballot next November and voted on by the American people. House cleaning is long overdue. Good Luck America !!!

Raylan-Scott Walker, Bobby Jindhal, Rand Paul . I am sure there are some qualified young democrats out there who have the experience to do the job but they will not get the chance because Hillary (an old woman) will probably be the nominee. I do not understand why the American people want to be led by a senior citizen. If a person like Harry Truman ever appears on the scene I would vote for him in a heartbeat. A president has to have the ability to persuade the opposing party in congress as opposed to brow beating them. When you call your opponents in government, the enemy, it does not bode well for fostering relationships. Obama is smart enough but too egotistical to realize that his are not the only good ideas. Thus you have gridlock. With the current administration and Senate its their way or the highway negotiations be damned. They are in control and therefore can dictate but it may not always be that way and the chickens may come home to roost. We shall see. Good Luck America !!!
