Well now that is a matter of opinion. Bush is fortunate to be followed by Obama. History will be kind to him. You always look good either standing next to the fat chick ( Hillary ), or being compared to a total incompetent ( Obama ). Trump is also fortunate to be following Obama. I don't and didn't have a problem with us going into IRAQ, because if we
were in their shoes right after the worse attack on AMERICA since December 7, 1941, and now they are getting and seeing Intel from different sources showing opposite info from each other. But the guy the Intel is about has a history of, supporting different known terrist groups, he had invades a neighboring country, he had a record of suppressing his own people and had used chemical weapons on the KURD PEOPLE of IRAQ and had let it known the only good Kurd was a dead one and I had Intel that was at best being 50/50, I would have made the same decision Bush and Cheney did. IRAQ, it was to remove SADDAM from power, and it wasn't just of the questionable Intel about WMD,s, he had also violated the U.N. agreement that were put in place after he invaded KUWAIT of the routine U.N. inspections. But there's one huge success story that took place in IRAQ that most people no nothing about, and I've never seen it reported on in any of the news media in the United States. And it started after the end of the GULF WAR, George H. Bush created a no fly zone over the northern area of IRAQ where the KURDS live in IRAQ and they are the ones SADDAM used chemical weapons on and SADDAM and his military were banned from entering that no fly zone that the U.S. Air Power patrolled, the KURDS had lived in some very poor conditions that looked more like it was from the 19th century up to this point. Inside this zone was one of SADDAM'S oil fields, oil station, and a port and with some help from the U.S. mainly private developers/investors and these were not big oil companies, these people helped the KURDS form a government structure similar to the U.S. and then they helped the new government get that oil field and station working to fund the government and to start new development projects from housing to retail outlets and these things had been taking place with the U.S. Militaries air protection for over the ten plus years that had pasted up until we went in to remove SADDAM from power and the KURDS and this northern area was never a part/ involved with what we call the IRAQ WAR and it had no impact on there progress, and over those years there government created their own military structure and the KURDS believe in women rights, they dress/ wear what they want and allow women to serve as/in their military if they choose too and when you here about the KURDS that have been fighting against ISIS it's the KURDS military they created, they stopped the advancement of ISIS from coming anywhere near what they have built and they even forced ISIS out of some IRAQ town/ city they had taken over. The KURDS have built a small city that is as modern if not more modern looking of cities in the U.S., they have house subdivisions with house's and streets that you would think you're in the suburbs of America and the streets are named after states in the U.S. like TEXAS ST. and they built a mall with food court's and movie theaters that's as modern has the newest mall's
in the U.S.. Instead of the rest of IRAQ doing or ttrying to do what the KURDS have done, the biggest development project that has taken place is ISIS.
