You go first please Mr. Liberal, me I'm not really a big leader type so I'll just stay behind with a trusty 45acp and an AR15 so I can watch your outcome. See you at the cross or a burning bush or probably not.

I think if he thinks the answer to violence is giving.up and dieing, let him. One less doorknob is good for me.

I myself have often wondered why God Allowed Satan into the Garden of Eden in the First Place... I mean, what kind of Paradise was Eden with Satan in it?!? Without Satan in Eden, Eve wouldn't have been tempted... Adam wouldn't have been seduced... God wouldn't have to Judge Mankind Unworthy of Paradise... Woman wouldn't have Pain During Childbirth... There'd be no reason for clothing... And I wouldn't be writing this...

I am obviously not a religious person and normally avoid sticking my nose into matters of pure faith which are always devoid of logic and/or pragmatism. This particular post caught my attention because it is another in the never ending, emotionally driven war by the terminally misinformed and misled to attack a non-problem in the name of humanity … in reality the Leftist Democrat agenda chipping away at human rights and freedoms.

The ratio I site, 9000:320,000,000 is factual; a number so close to zero as to be lost in the rounding. It is agreed to by all agencies and experts around this globe. When viewed by thoughtful people without the emotionalism – it is blatantly obvious the United States has monumentally larger problems societally and otherwise than guns.

It is the Leftist Democrat who has breathed life into this inanimate object and brought focus to it; fabricated it's evil intent because it represents a physical impediment to their destruction of the American concept of the 'individual'. Nothing more.

We suffer over 100,000 rapes annually, half against children. A huge black mark on us societally. But do you see the Leftist Democrats going after penises? Of course not. Why? Because it is very difficult to kill a communist with a penis … so who cares about the pain and suffering of rape victims … no threat to us.

As for God, if mankind is the best he can do … the old guy needs to go back to the drawing board.

There is some debate as to whether the 30/30 or the old 44/40 has accounted for more deer. I could never figure why the 30/30 became so popular and the .32 Winchester, along with the.35 Remington, just fell by the wayside. They are essentially the same thing, and cost about the same. Maybe because more rifles were chambered in 30/30?

The 30/30 has been around since the days of Black Powder-- .30 inch bore, 30 grains of black powder = 30/30. The cartridge became popular about 1890 in the very popular and slimmer lever action rifles, so the reason for the staying power.

Not sure but I think its the latter; more guns chambered for the round. Also the 30/30 was established early on as the mainstay of the 'old west' starting with the dime novels and into modern books and movies like The Gun That Won The West. 150 years of strong PR helped and the name Winchester became synonymous with 30/30. My attachment is strictly sentimental. From my family history (handed down) my granddad bought the gun from a catalog about 1920 to put meat on the table. They were Italian immigrants working on the railroads in Pennsylvania and venison was plentiful and free. All about survival; nothing to do with sport.

I don't think the 30/30 will ever make it to the 'assault' rifle list simply because there is physical action required to make it work and these mass shooters being exclusively Leftist Democrats will have nothing to do with work ...

It's not the gun that won the west. You have to love 4G LTE. Wiki says,

"The .30-30 Winchester/.30 Winchester Center Fire (metric 7.62×51mmR) cartridge was first marketed in early 1895 for the Winchester Model 1894 lever-action rifle.[2] The .30-30 (thirty-thirty), as it is most commonly known, was the USA's first small-bore, sporting rifle cartridge designed for smokeless powder."

It's a great little rifle. I wish I still had one.

You can buy a new one today from Henry...... But, why bother - If Hillary gets in she will take guns away from all honest law abiding Americans.
