on a scale of 1 to 100,I would have to give congress (mostly) about a 2, they (mostly) are elected,then spend most of their time on the phone,trying to line up donations,I do NOT donate to any of these self centered BASTARDS. When a bill is being discussed in congress, and Televised,it appears that MAYBE,there are 20 other members of congress there,to hear what the bill includes,MOST of these IDIOTS,vote on a bill,that they haven't read,and have NO idea what it contains......

lindajoy always good to hear from you. Hope all is fine. Still too much about this story that doesn't ring true. I don't know enough about the law and how it pertains to illegal immigrants. Such as, hypothetically, say an illegal immigrant gets arrested for murder, goes on trial and is convicted. Say the sentence is twenty years, in prison. What happens to this individual when he or she serves their sentence and is released from prison? Sounds like there is a glitch in the system, I suppose upon this individual's release he or she should be released into the custody of ICE or or whatever agency is in charge of illegal immigrants, and subsequently deported. I don't think that is being done and this is why these individuals are being released back into our society. I also believe this most likely has been occurring for decades and decades. I'm not buying this is strictly an Obama administration manifestation. I think the Conservative uproar comes mostly from President Obama's policy of not deporting illegal immigrants who have been productive, have children who were born in the United States and who have NO criminal record, in a timely manner. Many Conservatives have a tendency to blame anything and everything that goes wrong, with the federal government, on President Obama, even if the policy has been in place for years, prior to Obama becoming President.
