You don't explain why Garland and the prosecution would withhold the evidence of the other bombs in the Murrah building. If that evidence had been shown during the trial, it is highly doubtful that McVeigh would have received the death penalty since that evidence indicates there were other more experienced explosive experts involved who had access to the interior of the building. It would have been a simple matter for the real perps to forge the confession letter.
