Merrick Garland, a Jewish graduate of Harvard, is Obama's choice to replace Scalia.
Garland's past includes being in charge of the prosecution which railroaded Timothy McVeigh in the Oklahoma City Bombing case.
Garland was able to get a death penalty for McVeigh in spite of the fact that there had been numerous bombs discovered inside the Murrah Building which could not have been installed by McVeigh.
Jamie Gorelick of the 9/11 Cover-up Commission was Garland's mentor.

The reason that it took so long to enter the bombed-out Morrow Building was because one of the [5] posts that had been strapped with explosives didn't explode, cj, and those who knew of the sabotage expected the explosion was just delayed. It stands to reason that you would idolize this zombie.... his conspiracy theories mirror your own! I recall that McVeigh said the innocent office workers and children that he murdered that day was like "Star Wars" "space-age clerical workers inside the Death Star." Those people weren't storm troopers. But they were vital to the operations of the Evil Empire. And when Luke Skywalker blew up the Death Star, the movie audiences cheered. The bad guys were beaten. That was all that really mattered.
