There has been a lot of debate about this, but it all boils down to one thing. The safety of American citizens
So, here's an analogy that even the dumbest of liberals can understand.
Suppose these immigrants were snakes. Most of these snakes are harmless, but a few of them are poisonous. Someone wants these snakes to come live in your home. Not in a cage either. They get to slither around your home. How would you feel about that?

This, by its very definition, rules out Islamic immigration to the United States, but this law is being ignored by the White House.Islamic immigration to the US would be prohibited under this law because the Koran, Sharia Law and the Hadith all require complete submission to Islam, which is antithetical to the US government, the Constitution, and to the Republic. The problem here that I see is the word "organization". Obama et al will blurr the lines defining the word. They will confuse organization with religion and ethnicity, and may bring geographical logistics in also. It's how they work. It's how he justifies breaking law and creating his own.
We have uncounted laws on the books that he totally ignores, immigration being just one example.
When the people elected him, they had no idea who he was. Now that we all know, they refuse to admit their gullibility and ignorance....so he continues his destruction of this nation and its traditions as if he knows more than those who first created America.
It boils down to either you support what this country has always stood for....or you don't. Put your lame excuses aside. If you don't like our traditions, rather than change things to fit your paradigm,..... LEAVE!

The law you bring to attention is from 1952, must be from the Cubans trying to gun down Truman.
So, if my math is right, the law has been around more then 7 years.
In all that time, has it ever been used? Anyone removed account of this law?
I could be that the law is written in such a way that renders is unenforceable. In which case never used and never moved through the courts..
Asking because I had not heard of its use myself and therefore wonder if it is in anyway a usable law..
