He should concentrate on less clever; being a no-brainer, it would be far more compatible with his skill and intelligence level. You need to get it through your head Williams is a news man working for a legitimate news organization. When he was caught making up stuff it was dealt with with a public appology and his removal. This is how a newspaper or legitimate brodcast news organization deals with such issues, a retraction and holding the responsible person accountable. O'Reilly is not a news man he is a paid propagandist he is paid to deceive people and indoctrinate viewers with the often false message of his handlers.
