No - a jury found him guilty - but not rape. The judge opined that he raped her. There is a difference - have an educated adult explain the difference to you.

First of all, did you see the word "rape" in my post? No, you did not. That being said, the fact is that inserting one's fingers into someone's vagina without consent is, technically & in most States, considered rape. (Whether Trump actually succeeded in doing more is surely up for some debate.) Despite Carroll’s claims that Trump had raped her, the jury didn't say that he committed that particular offense. Instead, jurors opted for a second option: 𝒔𝒆𝒙𝒖𝒂𝒍 𝒂𝒃𝒖𝒔𝒆. Then they fined him $5 Million dollars.

But he couldn't keep his mouth shut. Now it's another $82 Million. Pity the man.

It's not hard to believe that DT did exactly what Carroll claimed he did. There's the Access Hollywood tape where he says that "stars" can do such shit at will (which all you MAGA's chose to simply ignore); he has also been accused of rape, sexual assault, and sexual harassment, including non-consensual kissing or groping, by at least 25 𝒘𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏 𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 1970𝒔! And you imply there's no way such a good, God-fearing, family-loving person like Trump could ever do such a thing. Go figure.
