They're also called short ribs.
This is what I make chili with now.
I guarantee if you try it you'll love it.
When those little short rib bones get soft , you can actually chew the marrow out of em'.
And it would be an insult to add beans to it.
I call it, carnivore chili.
I have not, sir. But, I believe there is a package or two of short ribs in the last meat package we purchased.
This definitely needs to be explored.
