The serious part is how a local DA can try to manufacture a Federal felony that he has no authority to prosecute out of one misdemeanor on which the statute of limitations has expired. I seriously doubt you have read the actual indictment, that would require thinking. This is the exact same charge with 34 different dates pasted on. The only way this is a felony if it was committed to cover up a Federal crime which the DOJ, the FEC, and TWO Federal prosecutors from the Southern District of New York, PLUS Bragg's predecessor, another Trump hating Democrat, stated never happened. Isn't it wonderful how much crap you can get away with when the presiding judge is another Trump hating, leg humping Liberal who donated money on at least three occasions to left wing organizations with a stated purpose of "stopping Trump?" Not to mention when said judge's daughter worked for Kamala "Happy Endings Harris'" campaign?
