The topics that Republicans want to improve upon is: cost of living, border crisis, energy independence, parental rights.

The topic that Democrats may win on is abortion.

Now, it is very pathetic that one political American party believes that murder is justified when it is murder of the unborn.

To all Americans, I want to ask you all, one simple question: Do you think the murder of the unborn child is justifiable?

It is a hard question for anyone with a conscience. Most people who believe in God and Jesus Christ call abortion murder. For we believe that life begins at conception.

But whether or not you believe that life begins at conception, or whether or not you believe in God, or Jesus Christ, you must realize that the reality of the termination of a pregnancy results in death. A woman is a human being that is entrusted by nature, to carry and nurture a baby. That is their function in nature. But that function is not the life of the woman, for it takes a man and a woman to raise a child.

Just as a weapon can end the life of any creature including man, abortion ends the life of a child.

If we go through the bill of rights, otherwise known as human rights, there is no right that results in death. Right to free speech, does not result in death. For a word is but wind, and words can't kill alone. But when words are heeded to cause action, that action may kill. Therefore free speech is regulated, for the purpose of saving lives and preventing death.

Right to religion. This right does not result in death, but rather allows the curious human being to believe in whatever God they choose. This must be respected, but when that right causes harm to society that causes death to either the believer or the non-believer, then this freedom is restricted. It is restricted to prevent death and harm to society as a whole.

Right to peacefully assemble. Again this right does not result in death. If such an assembly does result in death, that assembly is outlawed, and is disbanded. Thus, if a right results in death, it is to be prohibited.

Right to petition the government for a regress of grievances. This is a method to resolve problems with the government at hand. If this results in death, it causes harm to society therefore the grievances must be negotiated on to achieve an agreement between the petitioner and the people. If no such negotiation is not resolved, then death may occur. Where the government abuses the people, or the people abuses the government. In such a manner death results. So an orderly petition of regress of grievances is too restricted to prevent death.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. Here too, the Militia is restricted to prevent murder and death. The right of self defense preserves life. Since it preserves life, therefore, this became a human right. However, wisdom shows that some will be irresponsible, and therefore necessary regulations that cannot be construed to cause death must be implemented. Thus preserving self defense against the government and keeping the peace of the nation.

Now, I can go on and on, but the simple test is "If the action causes death in the form of murder, then it should be restricted."

When this test is applied to the action of abortion, the answer is yes, therefore abortion must be restricted.

Most people who have faith in God, and firmly believe in their convictions as dictated by their religion would agree that abortion is murder.

There is a vast majority of Americans, with in these united States, that believe that abortion is murder. Roe vs. Wade introduced the definition of the origin of Life. Some believe that life begins at birth, while others believe it begins at conception. Science has proven that life begins at conception. And the baby, begins to feel pain at fifteen weeks.

Now, if you believe in abortion and climate change, why do you believe it is okay to change nature to save your life, yet it ok to kill your prodigy?

"When you hear a baby cry, you know there is hope for the future", is an old saying that many of the Greatest Generation use to say to one another, as they lived through the threat of Hitler, Mussolini, and Japan during world war II. Why do their children believe that they can kill off their descendants, holding no responsibility or regret at minimum? For this thought process is dark, bleak, and gloomy, or down right scary.

We call ourselves civilized because we hold each other to a higher human standard. Yet by allowing our mothers to kill our children, we revert back to that of a cave man. We revert back to the practice of Moloch, and Baal. Thousands of children were killed in the names of those two gods, as they were sacrificed and boiled in a bronze fixture. It was this sin, that was the worst, and Israel sinned this sin. In the 21st century, we do not follow the ways of Moloch, for some believe we are more humane. "The aborted fetus feels no pain", but the murder still occurs.

Picture a person accused of murder telling the judge, "Well I sedated [the victim], therefore they had no pain, when I killed them", does that still justify the murder?

Therefore, my advice to my fellow Americans is this: Anyone who thinks murder of the unborn is righteous, then don't vote for them. Vote for real issues such as Gas prices, food prices, and shelter prices, utility prices and cost of living. These are required for survival. Abortion is not an issue that concerns survival, but rather is selfish, and cold hearted.

Sad to say though, abortion is still legal within the borders of the United States, but I for one think it should be illegal. Just like first degree, second degree, third degree, murder is illegal.

But like there are cases of self-defense where the victim kills the aggressor, so too, should that be applied to the pregnant woman and her rapist.

But these cases are and ought to be rare in a civilized society that is intelligent.

....Good Day:)!

It baffles me that if someone through a criminal act causes the death of the unborn it is considered murder of a life, but if the mother does it through abortion it ceases to be a life.

Am I correct in assuming that your position is that women who have abortions should be prosecuted and sentenced the same as any other murderer or a woman who has a miscarriage due to negligence should be prosecuted with negligent homicide?

Will you vote for any politician who doesn't hold this same position that women should be prosecuted?

Your statement that "There is a vast majority of Americans, with in these united States, that believe that abortion is murder" is not correct. The vast majority support abortion with some limits. It is the parameters of these limits that is in dispute.

My statement stands as is, the vast majority of Americans believe that abortion is murder. Now to prosecute a woman for having an abortion is wrong too. I am against the procedure not against the woman. Roe in Roe vs Wade learned why abortion is murder through the justice of life or as commonly said through the school of hard knocks.

I do not believe that a frightened and scared person, a pregnant woman, should be tried for murder. However, nature will try her, through regret and guilt. If she chooses to kill her unborn child. So your assumption is incorrect and wrong.

With that being said, we trust our physicians with doing the unethical procedure. "Do no harm" is what physicians are bound to, and since abortion does harm, the unethical practice should be banned.

It is not a right to kill. Honor thy father and mother, and thou shalt not kill, are two most important commandments of faith and society. Thus, abortion kills the child and in doing so, as the past 50 years hath shown in experience causes genocide with in the family.

Getting into ethical discussion, if there is a choice between the mother and the child, save the child. If the same choice is presented and there is no way for the child to survive, save the mother.

This is the only exception to the rule. Incest and rape, have to be dealt with in compassion and wisdom. Two wrongs do not make a right, however there are circumstances out there, emotional circumstances, although rare, where abortion is warranted. But these circumstances are very rare and wisdom must be exercised in these extreme cases.

It has been shown in public that saving the environment is more important than saving a child. When the child when properly raised can assist in saving the environment but if aborted both the environment and the baby lose.

Where there is life there is hope. If a mother aborts her child and the child lives, what then becomes of the child? Does the doctor kill the child? If so, then the doctor has the greater sin. Murder is murder and nothing good comes out of murder.

In the 90s because of Bill Clinton, sex was a fad just like the free love movement of the 60s. However the purpose of the pleasure and joy of sex is the making of children. Children are the greatest treasure of any nation. When a baby cries there is hope for the future.

The hope is given first to the parents and the parents are charged with the sole responsibility of teaching the child to live, in a civilized manner and to be successful in life. Why stop this?

Now it is a very grave crime to murder. And since many think that life is cheap, then the guilt they assume by commiting this horrible act will plague the woman for the rest of their lives. Living with the knowledge they killed thier child.

So the question now becomes which burden is worse, having the child and taking care of the child or living with the reality of killing the child? I would say, and experience hath shown the latter is worse to live with, than the former.

You are wrong the majority of Americans do not support abortion on demand and believe that the unborn have just as much right to life as anyone.

Your statistical page, at pewresearch.org does not include the error factor. This is why I always said that statistics can prove anything.

The data collected by pew research was done by telephone. Therefore, out of the total amount of those polled, resulted in the results you read on the website. However, what about those who didn't want to answer the question either way. In not answering the questions posed to them you find that there is safety, therefore a good amount of the population sample will not be shown in the results.

Also, when the telephone research was completed, how many of those polled lived in cities, suburbia, or rural areas? This question was not answered. Therefore the demographics recorded may or may not represent an accurate sample.

When I said my statement stands, it is based upon those I interact with each and every day in Pima County and Cochise County in Arizona. Therefore the vast majority of Americans, I speak to on a daily basis share the same views I do. Therefore, my results will compete with the pew research results and both results would reasonably be different. Therefore, an argument can be made that neither result is accurate. Then we go to the next step.

If a majority of Americans believe that abortion should be illegal or legal, (for this applies both ways), then using past law, passed by Congress, a representation of the total population by representation, how many laws are there for abortion and how many are against. Upon this research, the result which is surprising..... is that there are more laws against abortion or limitations on abortion, then for it. So if it is so important for reproductive rights of a woman, to engage in the abortion industry, then why are their more complicated laws against abortion than for it? (This research is quite extensive, for the laws are hidden upon common laws, and therefore, anyone one source would be inaccurate, therefore taking a sample, both the pew research, and gallop polls, based upon the written law would provide a clue upon the reality of the laws on the books. It is here that abortion, by the majority of Americans both past and present, show a conscience in the American person, and therefore agree in many ways, that abortion means the murder of an unborn child or fetus. And the majority of laws are against such an action. Roe vs. Wade, provided Congress with a path to make abortion legal. In 50 years since 1973, Congress never acted upon this issue, remaining a neutral law making body not deciding on this issue, until the Supreme Court returned the power of this decision back to the states. Now Linsey Graham is leading the restriction of Abortion in the Senate and forcing Congress to act.)

So the polls you sited are not accurate.

Laws voted in show a majority of regulations and laws against abortion in the majority.

Let another note be shown, in this post. All Americans, no matter how fiercely we fight against our fellow Americans, still care for all Americans. If you are a conservative American, you will still defend and protect a liberal American. I don't know if this reciprocal and that is a shame. Because it doesn't matter if you are liberal, libertarian, conservative, progressive, constitutionalist, tea party, we are all Americans, a wise decision outside of politics, should be adhered to.

Thus, as I said before, all experience hath been considered, on the issue of Abortion, abortion is murder and should be taboo and banned.

It baffles me that if someone through a criminal act causes the death of the unborn it is considered murder of a life, but if the mother does it through abortion it ceases to be a life.

But...

To be guilty of mortal sin, which is sin that causes a soul to fall into hell, as is the murder of the innocent, a person must be free of chronic mental illness.

Now it seems to me that people for whom abortion is an acceptable solution for an unwanted pregnancy are sociopathic. This is a pandemic illness. Viewing one's own self as the meaning of existence and relegating all others as tools to be used as needed. And obliterated if they get in the way.

Perhaps God makes allowances for sociopaths? If your child was a sociopath would you still love unconditionally? Even if they couldn't care less about you?

God knows your heart, but you are not judged by what you think, but what you do.

History is not written by thoughts but deeds. Therefore it matters not the mental state of the subject, but the state of their heart. It is the heart that controls the mind. It is the conscience that becomes the heart. And it is the conscience that makes a person a sociopath or not.

Thoughts may tempt the heart, but it is action you are judged on. And action includes inaction too.
