Issuing weapons after the attack is too late. I really do feel sorry for the people of Ukraine. The rest of the world watches on the internet while a bully has it's way with a much weaker country. Weapons are being distributed, however, one must find a way to get there. If they had their own weapon it would not be necessary to have to find a way to get to the distribution site.
