Yesterday, July 15, 2021, a date which will live in infamy, the first amendment of the United States of America was suddenly and deliberately attacked by bureaucratic forces of the Biden regime.

WH PS Psaki and Surgeon General Murthy both announced that the Biden regime is working directly with the social media giant, Facebook, and other social networks, but primarily Facebook, to find ways to "fact check" everything for "misinformation".

IOW, leftist bureaucrats in Washington Den of Corruption will work with leftist media giants to establish criteria, set standards, and implement regulations on what is and what is not acceptable information.

They just made president Trump's case against Facebook. His attorneys are alert to this and all they need do is amend the complaint with a transcript of these two announcements and it's a slam dunk.

There is an inscription on a frieze in the Capitol building that reads:

This most definitely should open the door to regulation and oversight of Big Tech. No longer can they hide behind protections from Section 230. Unless, of course, the democrat Congress and the Biden administration choose to look the other way. After all, they are the benficiaries of Big Tech as the arbiter of free speech.

If the United States government is in any way connected to a so called private entity, then whatever that platform might be is no longer a private entity it is an arm or a tool in the governments box. Dont see the potential danger of this regardless of which political party is is on charge? It is my opinion that if there is a spreading of information that may be actually dangerous to our National Security or health, why not use the emergency broadcast system rather than using a so called private platform?
