I could keep nothing from the good Dr. I talked in my sleep and she swore she could converse with me. I half way believed her as she knew some things I really preferred she didn't. Nothing naughty, just 'things' I would have preferred she didn't know. An example was how much I paid for my little sports car.

Such could be dangerous for a husband who was not a moral spouse.
