This is the President in panic mode.

He told NC voters to vote twice...once by mail and once in person to 'test the system'.

In NC it is a felony to deliberately vote twice.

He was not joking. Spin that.....

Or run a test of the mass mail out ballots. Do you think it may be prudent to test a system that the next election depends on? Beta system rarely is perfect. Think about this, what can go wrong.

He was trying to show the flaws in the system that Democrats are determined to use to cheat. Spin that!

While it may be prudent to test systems, this is not a test. It's the actual vote. And an actual felony to vote twice.

You don't know, do you, that it was the NC General Assembly that passed the recent mail in related legislation.
That GA has been dominated by Republicans for the past decade. The only recent case of mail voter fraud was in the 9th district and done by Republicans.

Wrong on both counts. Maybe there are flaws in the system. I would argue that the President telling voters to vote twice is a pretty YUGE one.

Actually, it is a controlled test. If the mass mail in is secure, then duplicate votes can not happen. Easy to cross check and verify with registration. One state as a test base.

I have no argument with system tests. Hold a 'mock' vote in off years. Tests that are designated tests. Again, this is an actual vote and an actual felony to vote twice.

Does not bother you when Democrats do it.

Anywaayyy.....your unproven assertion notwithstanding, how about the President encouraging Americans to engage in a felony. Got no problem with that? Or are you just so used to this President's lawlessness that it no longer registers?

And that is exactly what Trump's point was. I think it's a great idea to conduct a test like this, but I suspect Trump was just postulating.

Did you have a problem when Obama said it? Did you have a problem when Obama told illegal aliens it was ok for them to vote? If you did not, then best you keep quiet, or remove all doubt that you are a hypocrite.

Put up proof that your assertions are correct. Until then, I will continue to not keep quiet. Actually, I'm happy there is doubt about whether I'm a hypocrite . Most of you guys on the right usually assume it as fact. After all, I'm a lib'rul.

Anywho....nice deflection.

Since insults are a stock in trade of most posters here they have no currency. No weight, no meaning and diminish any point you are trying to make. Time to find a new shtick.

Like how's about you address the point that Trump is encouraging committing a felony under NC law by encouraging folks to deliberately vote twice.

And speaking of hypocrisy, didn't his administration just sue Montana to stop their policy of mail in voting?

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-election-montana/trump-campaign-sues-democratic-montana-governor-to-limit-mail-in-voting-idUSKBN25U04S

vote multiple times for some, limit voting for others. The guy is all over the place. Makes you proud, doesn't it?

What is wrong with him wanting to test the mail-in system? If the system works and fraud is not possible, the vote will not be recorded twice. North Carolina would be as good a place as any to test the system. A mock test wouldn't work...it would have to be a real time, real life test.

And here's Dems doing just what Trump is accused of. Fact is, it's just a mess - for both parties.

First, you skipped the part about accusing Obama of telling illegal aliens they could vote.

Now you're skipping the part where it is illegal to intentionally vote twice in the state of NC. You're proposed test violates NC voting laws.
A law and order administration would recognize the issue involved. This President clearly does not understand the issue because he thinks he gets to defines law and order. It is what he says it is because he is under the delusion that l'etat c'est moi.
That is the only rational explanation for why he thinks Florida mail in votes are just peachy but is suing other states for exercising the same options. Because he says so.
