You do understand that your meme even states 13 cases of "In Person" voter fraud. In the last 10 years there have been 28 million ballots mailed out that are unaccounted for. That's not a small number of ballots that are available for fraud.

I don't think anyone has claimed vote-by-mail is unsafe, the claim is it is highly susceptible to fraud. BTW, the military voting by mail is actually called absentee voting b/c they are stationed in areas that are different than where they are registered to vote.

Wikipedia says about 12 million illegals live in the US. It sounds like a good way to swing American elections if they are given undeliverable ballots leftover at Post Offices. Just saying, it is a possibility. How did that happen? With full Dem support, that's how and now with the sanctuary cities and anti ICE protection, almost impossible to deport. All the things you mention require ID at some point. To cash a check or to order medicine. The ballots just require a non notorized signature. Apples and Oranges.

There is a tremendous difference between sending checks in the mail and sending BLANK ballots to everyone. Those BLANK ballots can be filled out by anyone. The check can only be cashed by the person it is addressed to. The opportunity to collect unused ballots, fill them out and return them is an open opportunity for voter fraud. It's the Democrat Party dream, no ID required to vote. Signatures do not make good identification.
