NOT GUILTY FOREVER!! Bolton's disgruntled opinion piece will mean no more than the other dozens of accusations you and the other Democrats said would certainly bring Trump's downfall.

Trump will crow about being totally exonerated, but being acquitted by a Senate which announced his acquittal before the “trial” even started, his claim is nowhere.

So Johnson, Clinton and trump were all impeached, and all managed to stay in office. Nixon would have probably been removed, but he had the common sense and decency to resign, unlike the orange stain trump.

And the best is yet to come, since the Bolton book will provide more information for more articles of impeachment, and there is NOTHINg that trump, or his congress critters or all of the trumpcons can do about except whine, cry, snivel, and complain.

Damn shame

Acquittal is also forever and the fools the demoncrats made of themselves will be forever too. Mike

You know what is really sad is you can’t see just how corrupt the Democrats were thru this whole thing. They don’t give a damn about this country, all they care about is power. Trump upset their Apple cart because he is not a politician. What he has done for the people will be his legacy, not some dumb ass impeachment.

Whereas all Trump cares about is his neanderthalic image and his personal bottom line. He’s going to find that, after his presidency is mercifully over, the Trump Org. has become a global pariah, and people won’t be able to remove his name from buildings fast enough.

Only a maniacal mob of imbeciles could believe a guy like Bolton would have anything on president Trump. Bolton had a lot going for him until he screwed the pooch and is now just a vindictive asshole looking for a book deal to publish his rantings and ravings and make money doing it.

The four year Impeachment Trial of president Donald Trump will go down in history, but what will be remembered most about this spectacle will not be that he was impeached and acquitted, but that this travesty is the greatest political scandal in American history. This was the biggest political blunder in the history of the democratic party. And, sooner or later, they are going to face a reckoning.

Actually, that is not factually true. If the Trump Administration believe the process and the articles brought violate the Constitution, POTUS can sue for the SCOTUS to take up the case and opine on it. If they find that the process and/or the Articles of Impeachment themselves were improper, SCOTUS could expunge the record.

DJT has always said he is defending the Office of the President and that no one should be able to repeat this sham. For that reason, I think there is a very good chance the President will ask SCOTUS to opine.

You're so smart. Tell us how partisan support for the guilty saved Andrew Johnson.

You guys have hated Bolton for decades, but to get Trump you quickly flipped. You guys stand for nothing except power, control, and corruption.

You keep forgetting that this was not a criminal trial adjudicated in a court. It was a political trial and will not be expunged because there is nothing to expunge. It will not disappear from the book and history.

On the other hand, Trump is in the same boat that Clinton and Johnson were in. No one goes around referring to Bill Clinton as Mr. Impeached President. But the left and the minions in the media will continue to use this moniker when reporting on Trump, for some time to come.

Bill Clinton will go down in history as the "I screwed an intern in the Oval Office" president.
