Harry Reid was right, these bundy ranch so called patriots just killed to cops who were having lunch in vegas. Also in Indiana the NRA got a law passed in 2012 that says you can kill cops if you believe they are not acting lawfully. How many idiots out there know enough to determine what is lawful. Very scary NRA.

Indiana residents must (a) reasonably believe the public servant is attempting to enter their home illegally and (b) use no more force than is reasonably necessary to dispel the threat to their lives or property.

They can't just go all Rambo on the PoPo all willy-nilly. Their lives must be in actual danger, meaning the police officer entered illegally (or reasonably believed they had), AND must be a clear threat to your safety. A gun drawn is not a clear threat as a (good) police officer will not shoot you (and will most likely have announced their presence either before entering or upon entering) unless you present reason for them to (such as opening fire).

Even if a homeowner asserts that they believed the police entered illegally AND presented a threat, a prosecutor may contend that the homeowner acted unreasonably and press charges.

What land grabbing, bundy has been grazing cattle on federal land for 20 years without paying the minimal fees that all the other ranchers pay.

Do you think a rag tag bunch of wanna be revolutionaries could stop the feds if they chose to go hard. They did not want to have to kill the misguided idiots.

Yeah, isn't it scary that our own government will use the military against its own citizens. Which makes it glaringly apparent you know nothing of the Waco massacre.

The first lesson to be learned from Waco is that the American People must demand, and achieve, a much higher degree of accountability from their public servants. Unchecked power always results in tyranny, and tyranny inevitably results in needless death.

The BATF and FBI, and even members of the U.S. military, not only assaulted American citizens, but at least half the Branch Davidians killed were foreign nationals, including British, Israeli, Filipino, Canadian, New Zealand, and Australian citizens. Most Americans are oblivious to the fact that Waco proved an international public relations disaster for the feds. Among the 82 killed were 22 minor children and 2 pre-born babies. Of the 58 adults, 32 were women.

McLennon County Sheriff, Jack Harwell knew David Koresh personally and could have easily just told him to come to the sheriff's office that some idiots feds want to question you. As to the allegations that the Branch Davidians had "huge caches of illegal weapons," Sheriff Harwell personally inspected the Branch Davidians' arms and verified that they were all completely legal. Sheriff Harwell has also publicly stated that, "The Branch Davidians possessed fewer weapons than the average Texan." Indeed, Texas has a population of 25-million who own over 68-million registered guns. Comparatively speaking the Branch Davidians were lightly armed. Sheriff Jack Harwell never found anything worthy of charging David Koresh and the Branch Davidians for, nor did any of the other Texas government agencies that had also investigated.

Is this the kind of tyrannical, murderous government YOU support? You think unarming the citizenry and taking our 2nd amendment rights away is the answer? You deserve what you will get.

Another idiot that has done NO RESEARCH on the subject, or swallowed the LSM version of events. Let me enlighten you to WHAT REALLY HAPPENED and what is really going on. A land grab has been going on for several years by the following orgs/companies; Zion Bank, Cedar Development LLC, Reid Associates LLC, Reid Bunckerville LLC, and Reid trusts LLC. Land has been changing hands from the BLM to these enterprises for years, with no money changing hands. About 50 ranchers in the area prevented these enterprises, and the BLM from occupying some real prime real estate along the Virgin River. So, back in the 90s, the BLM used the ruse of claiming the desert tortoise was endangered and got it placed on the endangered list, which in fact it is not endangered. With this ruse they cut the number of cattle the ranchers could graze on BLM land to be a max of 150 head. No rancher could make a living on only a 150 head, so they essentially sold out to these enterprises just mentioned. Bundy was the only hold out, who refused to limit his herd to 150 head. He still sent in his grazing fees, and the BLM returned them, so he eventually quit sending the checks. The $1m he supposedly owes, is for fines not grazing fees. He just happens to own one of the last prime real estate along the Virgin River, which these enterprises want their hands on for development. It just so happens most of these enterprises are owned by the Reid family. Harry Reid has been involved in shady real estate deals in Nevada for years.
