Remember those teenage MAGA hatted boys who were attacked so vehemently attacked by the media then exonerated by the same video that the media doctored to make it look like they were the aggressors? What goes around comes around. Theese boys are in for quite a payday.

According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, “Sandmann lawyer: Letters sent to New York Times, Today Show, 50 others may precede suits”. The message? Settle, or we'll see you in court.

"The list includes 50-plus names of organizations or individuals: from presidential hopeful Elizabeth Warren to actress Alyssa Milano; individual journalists including Maggie Haberman, Ana Cabrera and David Brooks; national media outlets like the the New York Times, CNN, GQ and TMZ..."

Yes! Yes! Yes! They've been lying to us for so long and now someone has finally got them over a barrel. I hope these kids squeeze them dry.

Very hard to sue the press but I’ll donate to the cause if this goes anywhere. Free and fair press is dead in America.

You're absolutely right, but they got them bang to rights lying through their corrupted teeth this time. Even the press does not get a pass on manufactured stories or manipulating the facts to fit a given narrative. Those boys were guilty of nothing except wearing hats supportive of the President of the United States and that's all they needed to know, they went balls to the wall with the rest and now they're going to pay, and big. I hope they skin them alive and feed them to the 'gators, that's how much I truly hate them.

It'll all be settled out of court with non disclosure agreements, those boys will be filthy rich, and it all goes away.
It sucks, but I'll bet that's what happens.

To prove liable you must show three things, that what was published was demonstratably false, that it caused actual measurable damage to the person claiming liable and most importantly that the publisher was aware that what they published was false. This is just a pointless shake down, the latter is next to impossible to prove. All of the aforementioned publications and broadcast organizations published or broadcast follow up articles or retractions, as they should have. Their actions were clearly covered by our first amendment the threat of suits is a joke.

I look forward to seeing you proven demonstrably wrong, but thank you for your professional opinion.

Probably, but the damage has been done. The whole world knows what they did and that won't go away. By the way, even if we never find out what they paid out, they will know and hopefully it will be sufficient to make them think twice before pulling another stunt like that again. In the meantime, what a start in life!

Even if they don't win, (I hope they do,) it's great to see these leftist propaganda machines, and hate filled celebrities have to explain why they should be allowed to attack high school students because of THEIR political bias. This needs to happen more often. Hopefully this case will make that possible

You're dang right! Those kids handled the situation very well, and deserve whatever they get. They damn sure didn't deserve the National vilification, death threats, and everything else that went with it.
I think they have a slam dunk, and every suit should be put before a jury, and televised Nationally just to shame, and expose the perps. Won't happen, I know, but it's a nice thought.

Forgive us lil guy if we are skeptical of your opinion. Hard to take people serious that fall apart at the site of a red hat.

If it was Fox News and a group of liberals suing it for libel you would have a whole different spin
