If it were realy an emergency at the border isn’t he horribly failing at upholding his oath of office by not having declared the emergency or acted on it for the last couple of years he has been in office? The entire thing is fake, there is no emergency, other than Putin’s Pumpkinfuhrer sitting in the White House and patriots like Robert Mueller are working to rectify that problem.

I don't see where you outlined a 'problem, but yeah, whatever. As for Mueller, maybe, maybe not. the fact is, nobody's really sure what Mueller's supposedly working on, if anything. Up to now all he's done is indict a bunch of Russian citizens who may or may not have had a hand in somehow corrupting the 2016 election process (and who are way outside the jurisdiction of any American court), and had several people arrested for 'process crimes', simply because they were dumb enough to talk to him. Just enough to justify his existence, really.
