Not allowing the FBI to investigate. Not allowing a subpeana and have Mark Judge testify under oath. The republicans just used a letter sent to them by Judge saying I don’t have any recollection of this party and that’s all I have to say about this matter. Not taking testimony of Dr. Fords therapist that could collaborate that she told her therapist 8 years ago.

But the republicans spent more time on her fear of flying and she did testify that she did not like to fly but it does not mean she won’t she just does not like to. Her attorney had mis quoted and that’s it. So Dr. ford according to the Right did not get assaulted because she does not like to fly.

But again I cannot attest to Kavanaughs guilt or innocence but with his action during that hearing sure indicates he is scared of being exposed. Do the FBI investigation

So all these time lines and character witnesses are just noise because I can find plenty of people that like and there are sure many on OPP that don’t and that’s only because I disagree with them.

I hate the fact that Senate Judiciary Republican staff members did there own investigation to deny the FBI doing one. Senate staff members may have found these negatives about Kavanaugh that’s why they don’t want an FBI investigation which is standard practice. Do what being hide

I mean he could have apologized to Dr. Ford, asked for her forgiveness, but he decided to play the victim instead and while the far right is shedding tears everyone else is laughing at him...

Here is what he could have and should have done. He should say, in order that my tenure on the court and reputation are not tarnished I will not accept appointment to the court until a thorough FBI investigation of the charges against me is conducted and the truth is presented to this committee and nation. I am making this request to the president so my reputation can be cleared and the process moved forward. Further I request that the witnesses in this alleged incident be subpoenaed and testify before this committee. I am innocent, and further investigation will do nothing but show me to be a man of unimpeachable honor.
