Passionately kissing a staffer, in public (Duh!), shows a real lack of judgment and may be cause for resignation, but this guy McDaniel shows a real like of decency and that is, I feel, cause for resignation. I'll tell you what's worse... when any representative signs a contract to anyone against our governmental process, as in signing a contract with Norquist. Where are those resignations????

I don't remember meeting you before today. Welcome to 1PP. Yes, our country being run by people with no decent standards, no principles for living, little honesty but lots of pragmatism has not been very successful. Things get done for the wrong reasons, and it seems to me that nothing is thought through before acted upon. And that includes the elections. Sad, that a nation with many educated people, many thinking people cannot function satisfactorily. I believe that the reason is that we elect the wrong people for the wrong reasons.
