If he had let his real estate sit and gone to the beach, it would have been worth about 10 billion on its own..

he leveraged much of it and went bankrupt for the cash and notoriety..

He is continually under audit by the IRS. Therefore he has lawyers and accountants spend the money for what he wants. Therefore they keep meticulous records for the IRS. I defy you to find a lawyer willing to have a client's financial records be made public when the IRS is auditing them!!
