The idea that Christians are obligated to fight Trump because he doesn't pass the purity test of someone who denies the veracity of the Standard to begin with is lunacy.

Do not put words in my mouth. I do not deal on your level, somehow believing I am personally privy to the mind of God, like you. I never said or even suggested I knew Jesus wanted Trump gone. Absurd! Decent and thoughtful people want this obscenity to humans gone. Unlike you, second guessing God, I see evil as it presents itself and do not manufacture some exquisite and mysterious plan by God to use this utter wretch for some grand scheme. I may be wrong, yet God cannot fault me in my objections to Trump. I am following him. My beliefs will not thwart or deter God's plan, whatever it is, yet I speak as I feel I must by my belief. What is essential to Christianity? To confess to God for forgiveness. What is Trump's opinion on that? Trump declared, "I go to communion and that's asking forgiveness, you know, it's a form of asking forgiveness." Is that your understanding?
During the interview the current GOP frontrunner stressed that he "likes to work where he doesn't have to ask forgiveness." "Why do I have to repent or ask for forgiveness, if I am not making mistakes?" asked Trump. "I work hard, I'm an honorable person." Is that your understanding?
This directly contradicts the teachings of Christ. Spreading such apostasy is a sign he is chosen by God? Nothing is more important to faith in Christ than reliance on grace. Trump claims reliance on being an "honorable person." He says "he works hard": does that produce salvation? He never mentions faith in Christ, only faith in Trump. This is your new savior of America or the world? Pathetic.

Spanish police secretly recorded conversations between Alexander Torshin, an official at Russia’s Central Bank with close ties to the NRA, and Alexander Romanov, a Russian who was convicted of money laundering, Yahoo News reports. The discussions were related to a meeting Torshin had with Donald Trump Jr. at the NRA convention in May 2016.
The tapes were then turned over to the FBI earlier this year. According to José Grinda, a Spanish prosecutor, that could be bad news for Trump Jr. “Mr. Trump’s son should be concerned,” Grinda told Yahoo News.
Torshin’s connections to the NRA — and the potential use of the group by Russia to influence the 2016 election — has drawn considerable interest, including from Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR). McClatchy reported in January that the FBI is investigating whether Torshin “illegally funneled money to the National Rifle Association to help Donald Trump win the presidency.” The NRA spent more than $30 million to boost Trump’s campaign.
