😆 I once told a friend of mine who was afraid of flying to always set in the far back seats. That way if the plane crashes he would be the last one killed.

For some reason he took a swing at me.😆😆

I am exhausted from our memorial day here at the home place. So many old veterans some I haven't seen in year's. We even shot two old civil war canons off. Dinner on the ground style. Must have been over two hundred grownups not counting the young one's.

My arm is sore from all the handshakes. Old "MOTHER NURSE" is making me go in and take a nap. Fireworks for the kiddies tonight and a dance for the rest.

I have seen the Tulum Mayan temple in the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico. It's an amazing thing to see how ancient cultures survived.

I hope they do. I think there are enough veterans, families who have lost sons, daughters, husbands, wives, in death on battlefields, probably, less cruel, heartbreaking, than losing them when they came back to drugs or suicide, to break the NFL w/ the help of families of law enforcement officers who have lost loved ones, & just maybe enough people who grew up saying The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag every morning in school to help.

Before anyone jumps on me about The First Amendment, it is only protection from the Government, not from anyone else. If Colin Kapernick had been a guest at my home for one of our 4th of July celebrations, pulled his stunt or I had seen his police pig socks first, he would not be physically able to play football. I lost 57lbs., my hearing, multiple broken bones in a prison that pissant would not have survived in for 24 hours. I could do 5-10 in Angola, Atmore, Folsom, Stark, on vacation, & live in luxury in any Federal prison for beating him senseless.

We, I am as guilty as anyone else, have allowed The Great American Experiment to fall more quickly than any other country into the hands of leftist. While we were working, fighting, paying taxes, supporting education, we did not have our eyes on the ball.

We allowed professional politicians to become a valid job, gave our education system over to tenure, no matter how radical the teachers are. We were too busy trying to make things better to see we were just supporting pissants who had to skin in the game. We bought stocks in companies who will support the downfall of our civilization for any increase in the value of their stock, the majority of the Fortune 500, too weak to stand up against pissants like NFL players, & younger pissants like Hogg, his followers.

All NFL team owners have shown their colors, money means more than our civilization. When there is no respect for anything, the collapse is a civilization is not far behind.

As my generation gets older, some of us realize, no matter how bad we thought we had it serving our country, our fathers, mothers had it much worse. I have my doubts our generation could have fought across The Pacific, made The Normandy assaults, know we could not have come home, picked up our lives w/o help & raised us.

In The War Between the States, more men were killed in one battle than all killed in Nam. I don’t give a damn about politics, I just think we need to accept the debt we owe to those who died getting us this far, am ashamed for our performance in appreciation of their effort.

When entertainment by a bunch of spoiled brats who have nothing going for them except playing a game, means more than the lives of those who died for them to get to play the game, make millions, we as a nation, need a reset.
