Good idea. How about mine fields? And well-placed enfilade-firing by hidden machine gun nests? Stop those "rapists" in a jumping jack flash.

I have a better idea. We could make them pay thousands of dollars to get here rather than the coyotes! Ka ching!

As usual this post as most of yours is just a lot of ranting and raving without any solution. Most time I just read your posts, laugh and delete. I have to address a statement you made in this one. "Give those lazy National Guard units some honest work and a chance to gain some military medals". I spent eleven years active duty and twenty-seven years reserve. I was an instructor at a Military Academy. When I wasn't at the Academy, because I was an instructor my unit would send me to different posts all over America and other countries for training. In the Army we have, Train the Trainer. I would go back to my unit and train. We were not lazy, on week-end drills we were training. Every time we were matched with regular Army, we kicked ass. Whenever there was a mission stateside or foreign, we were called. We have another saying, let no soldier die because of lack of training. All the missions that we made, did not lose one soldier. As far as medals. I have a chest full, got some I haven't pinned on yet. Why, don't mean shit. It's not about the medals, I could care less. They just give them to me. It was about my people, my platoon. Training them to survive whatever shit was thrown at us, wherever in the world we had to go. We did this to give you the right and freedom to mock and degrade us. Any time you or anyone degrades the fine young men and women that I trained and led into the shitholes of the world, I will call you out. =rumitoid]Hadrian's Wall had a stone base and a stone wall. There were milecastles with two turrets in between. There was a fort about every five Roman miles. From north to south, the wall comprised a ditch, wall, military way and vallum, another ditch with adjoining mounds. It is thought the milecastles were staffed with static garrisons, whereas the forts had fighting garrisons of infantry and cavalry. In addition to the wall's defensive military role, its gates may have been customs posts, where huge tariffs on burritos and gorditos and pinatas could be made today. It was constantly patrolled day and night, yet now we can have the benefit of spotlights and surveillance cameras. Give those lazy National Guard Units some honest work and a chance to gain some military medals.

"Scholars disagree over how much of a threat the inhabitants of northern Britain really presented and whether there was any economic advantage in defending and garrisoning a fixed line of defences like the Wall, rather than conquering and annexing what has become the Scottish Lowlands and defending the territory with a loose arrangement of forts." Like that assessment of then, for true security now, Trump should just conquer Mexico. After all, according to him, they are mostly "criminals and rapists." The honest Mexican accepts his life in a Drug Cartel and will not cross our border.

Building Trump's Wall by Hadrian design has an unexpected benefit: tourism. Billions of dollars each year could be realized, to offset costs, from "snowbirds" in their RVs and other Americans visiting and traveling the length of The Wall. Government sponsored gift shops, restaurants (selling real American fare), Paintball concessions offering "Hunt an Illegal" games, and so forth, could be a bonanza. Maybe even staged re-enactments of desperate Mexicans drowning trying to cross the Rio Grande for a chance at a better life or ICE raids seizing DACAs at school or jobs. Endless possibilities.[/quote]

I have a better saying for you: let no one die from a lack of empathy. Your militaristic outlook on life is understandable; that is what you know. A very limited vision of reality. You read my posts and laugh because you are indoctrinated. You lost the ability to think freely probably at 12.

First, don't ever suppose you know the person I am. You don't think that we had empathy ? When you see children crying, trying to understand something they have no way of understanding what is happening to them ? Just want to wrap them in your arms and take them home with you. America, that you seem to not honor. Don't you ever tell me I have no empathy. Yes I am military, thirty-eight years. Have been through and seen things that you have never seen. My vision is clear. Because I can see now that I'm stateside we have another front. People as yourself. Have you ever put on the uniform for this country ? Have you ever been in battle ? Have you ever killed to keep from being killed ? Have you ever seen Americans die in a battle ? It's not indoctrination, it's the real world. Come home and have to deal with dumb ass people as yourself. Have know idea what our troops are doing to give you the right and freedom to condemn them. At 12, I was pickin cotton.

I'm asking you, what duty have you done in military for this country. That's all I'm asking. "We do our duty". Who is we ? What is your orders and duty ? My view is not either elite or special. I, we did what we believed in, America. It wasn't Right or Left. It was the person on your Right or Left. Knowing when the shit came down, they had your six. Your last statement, "We do our duty". Who is we ? What is your duty ? Is wah-wah your war cry ? So much just thrown out. Still waiting for you to give me the reading materials so I can become the total asshole you are.

I like the Arpio model, catch them, put them in tent cities and pink underwear, bologna sandwiches, and no coffee work them six days a week. No hearing, courts or judges, they are not citizens.

The only way to be released is when they voluntarily choose to go home or the border is secure. Then open that big beautiful gate and turn them loose back into Mexico. All they have to do to be released is sign something legal saying they broke our laws and will not do it again on pain of death. Or their home nation pays a processing fee for their speedy return to face charges in their home country.

Once the illegal traffic slows enough, then empty our prisons of illegals to the tent cities until they also decide to go home. Ice continues the raids until they are all gone.

Anyone returning illegally a second time goes to a special court has a hearing, and is sent to a permanent tent prison in Yuma, AZ or similar place until they die a natural death. If they cause problems within the prison, like riots, destroying government property, harming a guard, or murder, it's a capital offense. They then are given three choices, death, losing their right hand, or 50 lashes. If they choose anything but death, they get one of the other two options and get sent home again. With one hand it's harder to climb or dig back into the country and with the lashes, it's easy to ID them the next time they are caught and have removed their fingerprints.

A third time it's automatic death. The illegal is deemed a career criminal and incorrigible.

Problem resolved in record time, cost-effective, and the illegal chooses their fate.

I find it quite revealing that you are the only man fantasizing about ‘children’ ! Ever since you were forced into giving up all of your other identities, a very dark, vengeful, jealous, extremely obsessed character has taken up permanent residence in your black soul!

You want serious debates and others to use supporting facts in their replies and yet you start off with an insult to the National Guard!

In other words, “Do as I say, NOT as I do!” Perhaps you should practice some of that LOVE you so often preach about???

The battle for the Alamo lasted about eight minutes. All therein died there, or later. 246 Combatants. They had a wall, several actually. Walls do not work.

Common sense would tell most people that if “walls don’t work” they would not continually be built in ALL countries!
But then all people aren’t equipped with good ol’ common sense! Huh Rumi!

Thank you and all the other men and women on this forum for their service! People like Rumi don’t realize the sacrifice that has afforded him a country that gives him the freedom to live and to think and SAY what he chooses. I am the daughter, wife, and Mother of men who served during war time. I am so very proud and thankful for all who have served and some who made the ultimate sacrifice for each and every one of us and for this wonderful United States of America!
GOD BLESS AMERICA
