All people here in the US are treated equally, citizens or noncitizens. Why, because people, all people, are innocent until proven guilty. We are not like other countries who imprison people for years, torturing them and having them possibly lose their life, as what has just recently happened last year with the young man imprisoned by N.Korea. No, I don't think so.
If someone commits a crime here, it is tried here. The only times it may be handled differently if it is a terrorist act or an act of war.
