The right to due process is not limited in our constitution to citizens or even residents, it extends to guests from overseas or anyone who happens to be here.

If a foreigner is arrested for committing a crime in the US they are entitled to due process, and a trial. We do not convict anyone and incarcerate them on suspicion alone. This is the reason W built the prison at Gitmo, once anyone sets foot in the country they are entitled to constitutional protections.

I guess that falls under guilty until proven guilty.

If they are here illegally, they are already committing a crime. Why can you Liberals never seem to grasp this basic concept? With around one million Mexican nationals waiting patiently to become US citizens the legal way, respecting of our laws, why do Liberal Hobbit Dancers insist on defending and kissing the ass of every wetback in this country?

If a foreigner is here illegally they are already committing a crime. If they have been deported before they are committing a felony by standing on US soil and breathing US air.

I consider the "leftist-communist" to be here illegally. Give them the "Utopia" that they have in mind for us - Alcatraz.

Due process is a criminal matter. Simple deportation is not.

If an Illegal in America wants due process instead of accepting deportation, he should get it, and then go to jail after he's convicted, and then be deported after he serves his time.

Being here illegally, they have already committed a crime. Do we have due process for non-citizens??

we already spend billions of dollars to pay for all the prisoners that are here why do you want to pay for more. If you read the laws of mexico for illegals in their country you would be horrified

How about figuring the avg cost per illegal from each country. Catching them, sending them back or incarcerate them if they have committed a felony. Subtract amount found from each countries foreign aid package. Mexico will have their troops on the border the next day. Turning their own people back.
