Sorry to disappoint you, but I wouldn’t even THINK about making my living by lying and spreading innuendo like Rush does. As far as how much money he makes, you and all of the rest of your kind can waste all the money you want by giving it to the likes of him. I have far better things to use my money on, like helping those less fortunate, caring for the sick, feeding the poor, etc, etc. You know, those things Jesus commanded us to do. Instead, you seem to fawn over making a great career following in Rush’s shoes, cheating others, spreading lies and gossip and mocking anyone who dares disagree with him.

As to his drug addiction, I, too, know what’s its like to be dependant on pain killers. I’ve been taking them for 20+ years due to various painful orthopedic issues that surgery can’t fix long-term. I was told that I had to, “... just learn to live with it.” The differences between he and I is that I never allowed myself to get to the point that I had to “doctor-shop,” let it ruin my personal relationships, buy pain-killers illegally from drug dealers, falsify Rx’s, and actually be arrested because of my “habit.” There’s one other thing, too. I can honestly say that in all the years I’ve taken my drugs, I’ve NEVER miss-used the pain drugs I took and continue to take.

As to Rush’s alledged intellect, unlike him, I choose not to waste my intellectual gifts being so obnoxious and playing to the baseless fears and hate of the mental midgets who listen to him. Fears and hate that Rush helped procreate when none were there to begin with, with the vast majority of the population.

Also, if you think it takes a “smart” man to make money, you're sorely mistaken. All it takes is a person who can be persuasive when convincing people that their poor lots in life are brought on by people who had absolutely nothing to do with it; much like Hitler got many Germans to blame the Jews for Germany’s economic issues after WW1. Now, you have a president who said, “I’m smart,” because he’s been able to hide his currently “alledged” illegal activities from the public.

And, yes, I did listened to Rush, back in the late 80’s and early 90’s, when he was ranting raving about Bill Clinton. I quickly grew tired of him. All he repeated, ad nausium, were made-up “facts” and made-up scenarios about how people were “killed” and how corrupt the Clinton’s were. He presented all of these scenarios as truth, when, in fact, they were lies, at worst, and innuendo, at best.
