That is both plausible and acceptable.

Apparently, Hal has no voice in this matter.

No, I didn't, OPP has been having post show up on different threads all day. Anyway, it was "Past the Point of Rescue" by Hal Ketchum, saw him at Floores Country Store, same place I saw Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson and other great stars, use to hear Ray Price in Del Rio, four years in a row, as a band member owed a club there. Sorry about the hiccup. https://youtu.be/BDbBBq1Dn2U

Thanks. I hadn't heard Hal Ketchum in a while. He sure seems to have gained a lot of weight as of late, but still sounds good.

Well, Hal is shorter than I am. I'm guessing 5'4 to 5'5. When you're vertically challenged, you have no way to go but sideways, as you age. Think he just got off the drugs and booze. He really did have the looks and voice to be a megastar. Most people can't do both like Waylon and Willie for years and years. Lots of women singers use speed to keep their weight down and it takes a toll. Saw Lynn Anderson go crazy at a horse show and break the legs of a million dollar horse her husband owned with a steel bar.
