Marijuana is a flowering plant given by God to the planet. Opiods and especially methamphetamine are drugs (chemical creations) invented by Man. I apparently don't have an addictive personality; after months of using Norco (high strength Vicodin) after burn surgery, I stopped with no ill effects. It is a great sleep aid. Marijuana is well known for its use in the treatment of cancer and other diseases, including glaucoma.

For recreational use purposes, I have never heard of a person dying from marijuana use, unlike alcohol or pills. Social ills are unlikely to stem from marijuana use. And yes, states like Colorado and now California tax it, to the tune of billions that can be used to enhance our public schools! This has nothing to do with illegal aliens or addiction. It has to do with common sense! Our kids do not become violent because of marijuana, it tends to mellow a person out, especially after a hard day. People used to drink to get over their day...Marijuana provides a much needed respite without the downsides of alcohol.

You just have to ask why ? And why did't he just commit suicide ? That begs to ask the next question ?

1. Church and social organizations, social media to inform parents, teachers and leaders.

2. This may be controversial. Obviously these kids and young adults have fallen through the social-norm cracks, with doctors, psychiatrists,

3. There's is no local think-group, half-way detention center or living community center facility to reeducate their brains. Or like a Military boot
camp. They either succeed of they go into a mental holding facility like back in the 60's before they let out the crazy's, on self medications.
And that's what we are seeing on the America's streets today.

a. Adults, Young Adults and Kids, on alcohol, street drugs, Pot that is 10x stronger than in the 60's, Crack, Speed, LSD, Mushrooms etc.

b. Adults, Young Adults and Kids, on 185 different psychotropic and mining with street drugs and alcohol.

c. A mandatory letter to law enforcement informing these individuals, e.g. like a sex registered offender. The community would be safer.

d. For the habitual and non compliant individuals, Well it's incaorssion jail time, or a Mental health facility.

Just a little “tongue in cheek” humor to tickle some and irritate others. How about setting up a booby-trap for our “left-wing” wackos to have a little fun. We could build a large container in the middle of the largest parks of our major cities and fill it with fireworks and smoke bombs to be ignited by remote control. Any MSM media coverage must be done from the point of view of the container, so their cameras can record the actions and reactions of the wackos around the perimeter; and any left-wing MSM media camera operators can man their cameras positioned around the “thing” in the center of this circle of Progressive wackos. Leftist reporters can wander around the perimeter asking all these liberals “How do you feel about this?,” which should make them feel good since no normal humans will have to be interviewed or polled; they really hate to interview or poll outsiders, because of their differing attitudes and thought patterns.” Most liberal political polls get answers from liberals like duh, hmmm, don't know, and etc. They're having too much fun smoking their pot, screwing around and collecting their freebies to bother with politics, other than voting as they are instructed by their “leaders.”

Also, be sure to advertise on their socialist blogs that the event will occur at a particular time and that they should all be there for the fun and to receive their free gifts (they're attracted to free gifts, you know) of “fully automatic weapons with hundred round magazines” to destroy for their “greater good!” Of course, the sign should say “I approve of this humanitarian operation,” by Pelosi and Shumer. Then tell them to form a circle around the “thing” so they can commence firing and destroy it as soon as “God” appears, or someone yells “Kill Trump!,” or just pops a fart. After the first pop, chaos will follow, since they have probably brought along some of Soros' hired mercenary thugs in case they want to riot! Afterward, any wackos remaining can throw the weapons into the destruction pile if they still desire. The Progressive wackos should lap this up like honey on a spoon because it clearly fits their Progressive/Democrat/Alinsky/Marxist/Communist driven agenda toward their Utopian pipe-dream!

We would now have a fully armed circular firing squad, with a central target for the wackos to hate and destroy! Statistics showed that most people have self-abused usage and eventually landed into addiction that crave for more. Marijuana is one of the ingredients that make powerful substance of addictions.

How in this world why so many people are are now in pain for craving those drugs. That is if they don't take them they suffer pain, became violent, do everything they could to have it, to satisfy that addictive craving.

Notice that all states that allow growing of marijuana for revenue sources are the democrat states. Oregon, California, Washington State, Nevada, etc. As they raise more money, more kids also become social problems, and eventually they die of either crimes or self-inflict.

The pharmaceutical industry is no more than "legal drug pushers" and the FDA has outlived its usefulness, becoming no longer our friend due to the FDA being in bed with "Big Pharma." It was a tough trick, but Big Pharma and the FDA have learned to pull the covers up under their chins and smile at the public, but the ferocious sexual activity beneath the covers is never allowed to see daylight and is a big profitable secret taboo subject seldom talked about; talk about things not being transparent.

I try not to watch very many commercials on TV, or even much TV at all, but have you ever noticed that about every other commercial is about some disease or malady that Big Pharma is pushing a drug for, and there is one hell of a big disclaimer telling you all the bad things it might do to you if you choose to take it, which they read so fast you can't possibly understand much of it (Radio is really bad about these "high speed" disclaimers), and that you should "tell your doctor" if you think you might have some symptom or another of the malady they have likely invented themselves to "sell a new drug?" When you stop to think about it, have you noticed that they only treat the symptoms of a disease, but they never "cure" anything, because if they did they would lose you as a paying customer? That would adversely affect their bottom line, which is in the Billions of Dollars!

After about a century of research, I think Polio was probably the only disease they actually got rid of, and maybe Malaria, but they can't even "cure" the common cold; evidence of the common cold being a serious "profit generator" for them can be observed on the shelves of any drug store you go into, just look at all the different and varied cold "remedies" for sale, then remember that if you take their "cures" for a cold you can get over the cold in about seven days, but if you just tough it out it will last about a week.

Doctors now hand out "psychiatric drugs" like candy for kids that are just being kids because the parents don't want to be bothered to discipline their kids. My mother would probably have drugged me had she had all these drugs available nowadays! It is no wonder we have so many junkies around to make the "undocumented pharmacist" business so profitable that the pushers kill people to get the drugs across our borders!

I have little sympathy for junkies. Being an addict is a "disease of choice" and I, for one, am tired of paying for their rehabilitation that most times fails. I say "disease of choice" because, aside from babies being born junkies due to parental addiction who didn't make the choice their parents should have made, people choose to take these drugs for fun because their parents, and later the schools, failed to educate them, or they choose not to follow label instructions, or they choose not to follow doctors advice on using the drug, or whatever other reason THEY choose, and it was the wrong choice basically because of a lack of proper education. I did not make their choice, and since I didn't, I should not be taxed to pay for it!

Government should not even be in the unconstitutional business of health care in the first place. They never talk about the core problem; high medical costs of unnecessary, elective, cosmetic, unnatural (sex changes, etc.), and frivolous "high profit" medical procedures! They only talk about people needing "cheaper, or maybe free, insurance," or having a free government "health care insurance program," or a government "single payer" health care insurance system, which is pure socialism by its nature. If these "elective procedures" were eliminated, or at least restricted to those who can afford them and should pay for them themselves, the insurance companies could drop their prices because they wouldn't be "required by the government" to cover them. I'm sure the insurance would still be too high, but not as much, and people would have a better selection of policy coverages. The hypocrisy of the Democrat Progressives is that they cry crocodile tears about wanting to spread the wealth around, then allow, even promote, funneling these horrendous profits to the wealthy one percent!

IMHO, Our "Medical System," as well as our "Insurance Industry" and "Medical Equipment Manufacturing Industry" are the most lucrative businesses in our country, aside from our "Military Industrial Complex" who supplies the entire world with ever more, and more efficient, weapons of war, all in the name of peace, supporting both sides that are waging the wars; our government, along with other governments, then supply the human blood, sweat, and tears. I suppose, someday, it may end, but I'll be long dead and never see it! If you follow the money, you can tell which companies are the most lucrative businesses, just pay attention to which ones have the biggest buildings!

Of course, under the NWO and the UN Agenda 21, it appears that population reduction is one of their prime means used to control the population and assume world dominance. They really don't like old fossils like me; I don't take many of their poison pills, object to their goals, and haven't died soon enough to suit them. Oh, well! Have a nice day.
