I mistook the geography. Oh dear. I must let my cousin know it was an error.

It is refreshing to learn that AuntiE is prone to err on rare occasions.
Not for me I hold her in VERY HIGH ESTEEM and it’s like a hammer blow to the head that she could error in any way.(Huge sigh)

So which do you want, a place in San Antonio or Louisiana?

As do I but, to reiterate, it is refreshing to know she is also human and prone to err on very rare occasions.
Well, all true Texans love Bill Miller's (brisket), then there the historic lil Red Barn (platter sized chicken fried stake), but women seem to prefer the Salt Grass (steak). All are great places to chow down and they have to try a What-a-Burger before they leave town. My all time favorite though is 20 miles east of SA in Castroville called the Alsatian Restaurant. Everything I've tried there has been out of this world, the bread, soup, fish, steak, pesto, pasta, etc... odd hours so call ahead if they choose it. The town also has a big old Catholic private school they might enjoy seeing.
