All I care about is what make of car was it and was it damaged at all in the crime? I am rooting for the safe rescue of the car.

I Would have to know some particulars,...if they were to be in my jurisdiction, they would be taken a few miles out in the woods and handcuffed around a pine tree for the first night ..'naked' and proper evidence gathering would be on the morning menu...and proceed from that point..if the local jury was convinced to let either go home...so be it...this trial might have go for a couple of sessions but probably not too long...because I feel in my heart that the overnight incarceration gives time for honest reflection...

Absolutely, these litigating factors would be revealed by the interview process...the only foreseeable problem would be finding unbiased panelists to believe anything the revenuer said...and after observing Mueller's tactic of discovery...we would be just as unbiased toward the IRS person as he is on Trump...

Well I like most of these responses so far but Loki's guillotine for the Revenooer is appealing. I took the liberty of inviting Madame DeFarge to the execution festivities as a witness. We can have a twofer with the carjacker unless he is an illegal. Then I propose letting him keep the car if he fills it with other illegals and drives them all back to Mexico or Guatmala
