And you did such a great job of defending Glaucon and now you want Killary and obama protected, but not our President?

I have no need to make an apology to either of your preferred would be rulers... I never questioned their "rights" under our founding documents.

My spelling of the name, Killary, is deliberate ... Unless you think that the deaths of four Americans, including Ambassador Chris Stevens was inevitable and could not have been prevented. But, Mike Pompeo, of Kansas, and Jim Jordan of Ohio seems to see their deaths was not written in stone. In fact, he had this to say “We expect our government to make every effort to save the lives of Americans who serve in harm’s way. That did not happen in Benghazi. Politics were put ahead of the lives of Americans.” Yes, they are Republicans but, the Democrats said that Clinton oversight of the security of Benghazi was “woefully inadequate.” So, in my estimation, Kill-ary is very fitting! Of course these fine elected officials never implied....or said "What difference does it make?" To her, a murder here and there is of no consequence.

You probably will not bookmark this page because you do not know how.
In as much as the argument presented by your buddy... (show quote)

All deaths can be prevented if you are psychic or a god. Your Killery I don't think is either. One question I have to ask is when did Hillary have the ability to deploy our military? I thought that was part of the job description of our president and Joint Chiefs? If I'm mistaken I'm sure you will let me know. And since you are so concerned about murderous deaths of our citizens at the hands of our politicians how is it I've never heard you say anything about the 4,500 fine young Americans who died in Iraq based on the fallacy created by George W Bush? I mean that pissed us liberals off to no end and what made it even worse is that you patriots didn't seem to give a flying fuk. Well I can't say that completely--I believe Donald J said he was opposed to the pointless war too. But hey, it seemed like everyone jump on the band wagon afterwards didn't it.

snip>> Top GOP Benghazi lawyer: 'Nothing' could have prevented American deaths

The chief counsel of the House Select Committee on Benghazi, before leaving the Republican-led committee earlier this year, said he did not believe the Pentagon could have done more to save American lives during the night of the attack, according to copies of his comments included in a Sunday letter from Democrats to Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.).

Army Lt. Gen. Dana Chipman told former Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta in a transcribed interview by the panel in January that “nothing could have affected what occurred in Benghazi” to prevent the deaths of four Americans in the immediate response to the attacks, the letter released by Democrats states.

“I think you ordered exactly the right forces to move out and to head toward a position where they could reinforce what was occurring in Benghazi or in Tripoli or elsewhere in the region,” Chipman said, according to the letter. “And, sir, I don’t disagree with the actions you took, the recommendations you made, and the decisions you directed.” <<end

What I think Pennylynn is that you are incredibly biased for someone of your clear intelligence. Generally people of intelligence have some form of objectivity but I see none in you. "Killery" is an ad hominem that one would use in grade school yet it flows freely from your finger tips. It should be beneath you but that it isn't speaks volumes about you that mere words could never convey...

Movie was Sybil starring Sally Fields. That's when I knew glaucon was a fake. He(she)didn't know who Dr. Wilber was. One of the most famous and controversial psychiatric cases ever and glaucon who purports to being a psychiatrist ( or was it a history teacher?) didn't know squat. I said it once before but it's worth repeating. With all the personalities glaucon has you'd think one wouldn't be an asshole. – Jflorio

Isn't it fun when a movie maker can make up words such as Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious and introduce it into our language as if it has a real origin? Please also note the correct spelling.

Noted. My spellchecker didn't catch it. I'll be sure to use the correct spelling in any future posts in which it may occur. NOT!

You may be right..... when I first attended primary school, my teacher held a conference with my Poppa in which she told him I was retarded and not just mildly retarded, but unteachable. Poppa was deeply concerned, he took me to the best doctors in town and then to specialists both in the US and Europe. When tested (in Hebrew, German, Greek or Latin as my primary languages) the doctors could find nothing wrong with my intelligence. Yet, this "teacher" still insisted I was as dumb as a rock. She went to great lengths to explain to me why I would never "accomplish more than getting married and having children." A few short years later, I became a member of Mensa and had tested out of elementary, junior and was well into my high school subjects. By 15 with diploma in hand, I was a college student, by 17 I had completed my first Baccalaureate in Science and now many years later I have several degrees having completed my latest PHD two years ago. Yet, I still have people who say I have problems. Do I have comprehension issues....yes, in some areas I am as dumb as my first teacher thought. So, if I am not understanding you.... be patient, G*d is not finished with me yet.... just take a moment to explain your position in a different way. I thank you in advance for that patience and I hope one day to be as smart and articulate as the the founts of intellectual giants who occupy OPP.

Ahhh come on my friend, I am sure that the need to use Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious comes up in general conversations everyday. BTW, my spell checker does not recognize this word and I had to double check the spelling..... There is yet a larger word -- 189,819-letter protein name, but I do not think that one would come up in conversation....

Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Easy; just break it down phonetically. Ever wonder why government schools do not emphasize phonetics over rote?
Any one wonder why the reading skill of children in the public school system has been down for a very long time.
Parents and Grandparents; teach your children phonics, and they will be reading by the age of three.

We had to learn to spell "antidisestablishmentarianism" in the 3'rd grade if I recall (private school)
It was easy, all you had to do was break it down phonetically;
anti-dis-establish-ment-arian-ism

You are welcome, Penny.
Phonics are so important. The building blocks for reading, which is the window for all other academics.
All schools need to be checked out by their customers, to see if phonics is taught in the first grade. That used to be the year reading instruction began.
Is it still?

Excerpt:

Campaign narratives written by reporters detailed how she honchoed the campaign team that handled “bimbo eruptions,” digging up personal papers and official records that could be used to undercut the stories told by a series of women. One top aide later recounted Mrs. Clinton’s intent to “destroy” the story of one accuser, while former adviser Dick Morris said Mrs. Clinton engaged in “blackmail” to try to force women to recant their stories.

I suspect another propaganda spin from the press with the over exaggeration of her words, and the blackmail more false accusations from... people, that doesn't merit anything. She felt they were lying and had every right to "go after" them and destroy them. Don't you wish more people would take the time to do that with lies, we now have Factcheck and others to help , thank goodness.

You guys had no proof when you made accusations against Obama. Why do we have to have proof when we make accusations against Trump? Are conservatives the only ones allowed ridicule a president they don't like?

Yeah, it was like this:

Suppose you were bound and blindfolded, placed into a dark closet, the door was slammed shut and then one or more assailants began kicking the crap out of you.

You cannot "see" the assailant, you can feel the blows, you can hear his heavy breathing, you can smell his rotten armpits, and then, as suddenly as the beatings began, they stopped. You are still in the dark, still blindfolded, still bound... would you feel qualified in thinking someone else was in that darkened space with you?

That's how we normal Americans felt as the Halfrican was thrust from the unknown regions of the democrat/socialist pits and thrown into the front office. No one knerw anything about the Halfrican except what his handlers told us.. all record were hidden.. ALL of them... EVERYTHING! Hell, it was a blindfolded affair from the start and the beatings commenced with vigor.

The only thing that was attractive about Obama was his Hollywood image and (for some) his skin color. Not his qualifications as he had none, not his sworn allegiance to the USA, for he lied about that because we saw him shred the Constitution with his damned phone and pen hundreds of times.

White guilt, naivety, and foolishness catapulted an unprepared, know-nothing, easily manipulated grinnin' fool into the most prestigious, most powerful office in the entire world.

I like to think of the Halfrican presidency as a litmus test for stupidity and the American democrat party took the reading and found Americans profoundly stupid.
