I don't definitively know how "Feeling" someone is innocent or guilty works, but legal proof is still required in the less than pristine courts of law in existence in our current day; - even if a court official "feels" their guilt, tangible proof is required.

Roy Moore has never been charged with any sexual crime or misdemeanor before any lawman, policeman or sheriff, not forty years ago, thirty years ago, twenty years ago or even ten years ago, nor has he ever been been indicted by any grand jury or any district attorney in any court of law for a sexual offense.

Yet, there he was all those years, in the public eye, running for office eight or more times, and never accused. Not until leftist reporters from the Washington Post miraculously found one poor pitiful "victim" after "victim," pulling them out of the woodwork... traumatized "Victims" from forty years ago.

This couldn't possibly have been accomplished through the big city process of slicking their palms with cold hard cash, could it? No way.

As for the so-called ("he touched me") sexual charges against Donald Trump, if only the campaign had lasted long enough, he would have undoubtedly been charged with attempted murder or worse, rather than settling for "colluding" with Russia, Russia, Russia (which for someone who was not in the government, as he was not, is NOT A Crime at all).

Unless some rogue legally endowed officer of the law is biased and "feels" like he can get away with it (or is bribed), it is my fervent hope that neither President Trump or Judge Roy Moore will be tried when there is no authentic evidence of a crime.

The Roy Moore story was made up of many issues against him: I don't believe any of them.
1. Roy Moore is a Republican. Right or wrong, Republicans are attacked by the left. There is a different very low standard ALLOWED to the democrats. No matter how rotten they may be.
2. Roy Moore's allege accusations were 40 years ago. Sound unbelievable. So many opportunities those women could have come earlier, but they did not. Afraid? I don't think so. They are not afraid now, after 40 years. I believe they are not credible, but perhaps 8 of them came out under political pressures. I think they were paid some money to do so. Soros could have used some of his funds for destroying Republicans. Most of the women I know who came out like this was able to extort tens of millions of dollars.
3. Roy Moore stories were just allegations. Whereas, the democrats crimes on sex abuses have been proven by factual evidences. E.g. Conyers, had paid $27,000 out of taxpayers' money, to a woman who was harassed, and removed from job because she refused him to sexual advances.
E.g. Al Franken, has pictures of actual sex abuse while gropping a woman's boobs while sleeping. In addition, Franken stocked his tongue down deep into the woman's mouth without her consent. These have been all proven.
E.g. Bill Clinton, have all been proven and was impeached as a result. He should have quit. But no shame and Hillary was the enabler!
Conclusion: The moral conduct of the left/democrats are way down below the drain hole. It is so rotten that they act like that is their normal standard.
There are no excuses for their behavior. They abuse women and used TAXPAYERS' money to pay for their abuses. Democrats have no SHAME, NO MORALS. DRAIN THEM OUT. Right now Franken and Conyers must resign! GUILTY!

The DC Establishment poured hundreds of thousands of dollars into his opponent's campaign, trying to maintain the status quo of RINO dirtbags. They failed. Why didn't these accusations come out in the primary? Because Moore wasn't supposed to win the primary. When Moore was embroiled in all his legal problems about the Ten Commandments and gay marriage, not a word. NOT ONE WORD for FORTY YEARS.
One of his accusers has falsely accused at least three other men, all clergy from three different churches of the same thing. It also seems that she was of legal age when this alleged misconduct supposedly occurred, not jailbait.
Another of his accusers works for his opponent.
Another of his accusers is in possession of the only piece of what might be considered physical evidence and refuses to turn it over to forensics experts to determine it's authenticity.
