A reasonable question, CR. SOOOO much to cover on this episode. You have mentioned a very big point here.
I just want more people to quit ignoring all the facts, and to realize what is at stake for America's future as a free Republic.

Like I keep saying;
PASS THIS ON TO ALL CONTACTS. THIS TRIAL IS BEING BLACKED OUT.

Dimmyboy, you are absolutely right..

How about three wrongs don't make a right? Get a load of this scam going down on BLM land in Nevada:

The BLM under the direction of Neil Kornz in collusion with the FBI, has killed off (1) the cows, (2) the turtles, (3) and people, all to facilitate the sale of another phony green energy scam with Chinese energy giant ENN Energy Group.

Notice how the Bureau of Land Management in order to "protect the environment" from those dastardly devils, the Nevada ranchers, was in league with crooked politician, Senator Harry Reid to sell BLM land to the communist Chinese for $5 billion dollar contract for a solar panel plant. Reid was the former Democrat majority leader of the Senate until 2014 and his policy advisor was Neil Kornz, who conveniently was director of Nevada's BLM, are guilty of political cronyism in a contract of greed!

Yes, we must legally obey the bad laws until we change the bad laws legally.

The unconstitutional creation of the BLM should have been challenged back in the 1930s during the Great Depression, but the people were "cowed down" in poverty and insecurity, so they did not resist tyranny in exchange for security under "government experts."

Don't get me wrong, I am all for city planning, zoning, and better management of our lands, wildlife and resources on the local level by our local representative government, not corrupt politicians on the take in Washington 3,000 miles away in league with the United Nations, New World Order and communist Chinese opportunists.

One way to end this collusion between corrupt politicians and real estate sharks, private, government and foreign, is to make all property taxes illegal. We would need to amend the Constitution to make this ubiquitous across all the nation.

I even think LaVoy knew it when he gave is speech at "his" ranch in his infamous video. He definitely had a strong sense of patriotism & righteousness that compelled him to shake his fist at the Devil & he went down very quickly! It's a shame that such a good meaning person was sacrificed in that harsh way...part of me & many many others went down with him, helpless to help him. God will have the last say in this matter as man has just Fucked it up. No one can undo it & it will remain a huge blotch on what is right & wrong. LaVoy will live on in my memory, at least a hero & at most a man who believed he was right.

Cowboy Milt, surely the public is aware by now of President Obama's ties to the Weathermen underground communist leader, Bill Ayers. Surely LaVoy Finicum knew that the Utah Legislature was engaged in a western state class action lawsuit against the BLM for its "lousy management" of federal lands. The corruption of the Democrat Party is unfathomable.

Why didn't Finicum convince the Bundy family and other Nevada ranchers to join in Utah's class action lawsuit and solve their problems legally? Finicum's heart was in the right place, but man, that guy has been out in the woods too long. May he rest in peace.

LEGAL ANALYSIS - Utah State Legislature

LEGAL ANALYSIS OF THE LEGAL CONSULTING SERVICES TEAM prepared for the UTAH COMMISSION FOR THE STEWARDSHIP OF PUBLIC LANDS

COMMISSION FOR THE STEWARDSHIP OF PUBLIC LANDS
Legal Analysis: Public Lands
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
1. Summary of Conclusion
Our task is to evaluate alternative legal theories that Utah may use in court to attempt to
gain ownership or control of the public lands with its borders. The Legal Consulting Services team has reviewed the historical record regarding public lands, evaluated various legal theories,
taken into account strengths and weaknesses of various arguments, analyzed procedural options available to the State of Utah, and considered the cost of pursuing such litigation. Based on that review and evaluation, it is the opinion of the Legal Consulting Services team that legitimate legal theories exist to pursue litigation in an effort to gain ownership or control of the public lands.1 We caution, however, that litigation is time consuming, expensive, and never certain in outcome. We further caution that the federal government will most likely vigorously oppose this effort, raising substantive and procedural hurdles to achieving such an outcome. In the interest of preserving attorney client privilege, this public document does not discuss all anticipated
defenses and counterarguments thereto.

Exactly;
That is why this trial is so important.
Help turn on the spotlights.
Cockroaches depend on working in the dark.
Hence the MSM/PTB blackout on the trial.

Maybe not. Wasn't it one of Harry Reid's sons who gave him that black eye? That's after the Chinese pulled out of that $5 billion dollar solar plant contract with the Nevada BLM.

Yes, 4430, you are right: "I hear ya CR but in 80 plus years and the bad laws are still bad at some point in time there has to be a reckoning."

A LEGAL reckoning.

1. The Constitution needs to be amended. BLM lands need to be returned to the States for better Hands-on management of our environment and resources

2. The Constitution needs to be amended to abolish all property taxes, so that the crooked politicians in bed with the crooked real estate sharks cannot steal our private property under the guise of "eminent domain."

3. Someone needs to start a "Go Fund Me" to bail out the Bundy's debt to the Bureau of Land Management and pay those volunteer Utah lawyers and fund Finicum's family.

Well, I certainly do not support a turtle massacre to protect the communist in the White House or the Chinese energy giant ENN Energy Group!

Reports: Company Tied to Reid's Son Wants Land in Bundy Standoff

"The BLM claims a need to control grazing on the land to protect an endangered desert tortoise. But Loesch and others note that in August, the tortoise population in a nearby conservation center was set to be euthanized because of underfunding.

"The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service denied those reports, saying that only unhealthy tortoises would be euthanized and others would be relocated. But KVVU-TV in Las Vegas reported that the agency didn't say how many of the tortoises in its care were deemed 'healthy.'

"Further, Loesch reports, Harry Reid pressured the BLM to change the tortoise's protected zone to accommodate developer Harvey Whittemore, one of the Democrat's top donors. Whittemore was convicted in May 2013 of making illegal campaign contributions to him.

"'BLM has proven that they’ve a situational concern for the desert tortoise as they’ve had no problem waiving their rules concerning wind or solar power development,' Loesch writes.

"'Clearly, these developments have vastly affected a tortoise habitat more than a century-old, quasi-homesteading grazing area. If only Clive Bundy were a big Reid donor."

The Nevada rancher who forced the federal Bureau of Land Management to back down last week may have been targeted because a Chinese solar company with ties to Sen. Harry Reid's son wants the land for an energy plant, several websites report.

A report on Godfatherpolitics.com,  says Chinese energy giant ENN Energy Group wants to use federal land as part of its effort to build a $5 billion solar farm and panel-building plant in the southern Nevada desert. Rory Reid, the son of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, is representing ENN in their efforts to locate in Nevada.

Part of the land ENN wants to use was purchased from Clark County at well below appraised value. Rory Reid is the former Clark County Commission chairman, and he persuaded the commission to sell 9,000 acres of county land to ENN on the promise it would provide jobs for the area, Reuters reported in 2012.....

Spread the light.
Locals go to the court house in Las Vegas.

I probably misrepresented the information. I wish I could remember who did the study. It caught my attention because it was so counter intuitive.
