Got a brief rundown from the beard...I come away with Freedom isn't Free & the Feds hold all the cards & we just have to hope for the best... hello...I hope LaVoy Finicum is getting something out of this where he is at...he, to me, was the main victim in all this by the uncontrolled actions of the 1 or 2 or 3 FBI agents and/or others in their mistaken ideas of doing the "right" thing which was way far left of right...it was totally wrong from where I was looking may LaVoy R.I.P. & his family be Blessed By God!

LaVoy Finicum was murdered in cold blood...he was undoubtedly given the death sentence by Obama who was in Charge & it was carried out by the lowlife who thought he was obeying a legal order & didn't question it in his (their) own minds due to their own lacking in humanity. I even think LaVoy knew it when he gave is speech at "his" ranch in his infamous video. He definitely had a strong sense of patriotism & righteousness that compelled him to shake his fist at the Devil & he went down very quickly! It's a shame that such a good meaning person was sacrificed in that harsh way...part of me & many many others went down with him, helpless to help him. God will have the last say in this matter as man has just Fucked it up. No one can undo it & it will remain a huge blotch on what is right & wrong. LaVoy will live on in my memory, at least a hero & at most a man who believed he was right.

I can't speak for anyone else, but I have watched LaVoy's video numerous times. He spoke of being a Cowboy & a man who enjoyed all that being a Cowboy ads up to. He had his "dog" with him & he pet it & obviously loved it. I just had the feeling in retrospect that LaVoy had a strong idea how things were going to go, but he had the faith that it would go "Right"...he committed himself & History will become the real judge, but LaVoy Cowboyed up & did the best he thought he could do...he may have actually saved the lives of the "others" in that "fatal" truck ride!

Perhaps it is not too much to say there is no other event in America today more polarizing than the standoff at Bunkerville. Liberty-minded folks who wish to dial back the reach and power of the federal government see Bunkerville as a touchstone. Others, however, see the case of the United States v. Cliven Bundy et al. as a bunch of vigilantes and a law-breaking cowboy out make their own rules and ignore those the rest must follow.

Yesterday, a jury in the first of several trials reached a partial verdict regarding six men who joined Mr. Bundy in his fight against the federal authorities in the 2014 standoff. Each defendant faced ten charges, including obstruction, extortion, weapon violations, threatening and assaulting a federal officer, and conspiracy.....

At its core, this story is about land rights, ownership, and power. It is a long, complicated, and winding tale that began back in 1989 over a desert tortoise. Designated as an “endangered species,” the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) designated “hundreds of thousands of acres of federal land” for conservation, as reported by The Washington Post.

This did not sit well with Cliven Bundy, whose family homesteaded his ranch back in 1877 and called the move a government land grab. As well, others were upset and felt the heavy hand of the federal government on their backs. But it was Mr. Bundy who ultimately became the unmovable object that ignited a militia of freedom fighters out to stop the U.S. government....


Increasingly, many across this country view the authority, jurisdiction, and sovereignty of the government as oppressive. They do not plan to suffer it or surrender what they believe to be their God-given rights. Their defiance will continue to develop into confrontation. Their struggle and resistance will persist unabated. Today’s verdict will do nothing to stop it and may indeed do much to propel it forward.
